Claims (10)

  1. 반응 조건하에서 액체인 카르복실산 존재하에 반응을 수행하고, 촉매로서 H-ZSM-5 제올라이트 존재하에 시클로헥센 및 물을 반응시킴을 특징으로 하는 잠재적으로 수득 가능한 시클로헥산올의 제법.
  2. 후술하는 일련의 단계로 구성됨을 특징으로 하는 시클로헥산을의 제법 : a) 시클로헥산올, 및 반응에 사용된 카르복실산에 상응하는 카르복실레이트 기를 함유하는 시클로헥실 카르복실레이트를 함유하는 혼합물을 형성시키기 위하여, 촉매로서 H-ZSM-5 제올라이트 및 반응 조건하에서 액체인 카르복실산 존재하에 시클로헥센 및 물을 반응시키고, b) 상기 혼합물을 적절한 방법으로 회수하여, c) 흔합물에 물을 가한 다음, d) 이렇게 생성된 혼합물을 증류하여 시를로헥산올을 회수한다.
  3. 제1 또는 2항에 있어서, 카르복실산이 하기의 카르복실산으로 구성된 군에서 선택됨을 특징으로 하는 시클로헥산올의 제법 -포화 지방족 모노카르복실산, -하나 이상의 할로겐 원자를 함유하는 포화 지방족 모노카르복실산의 동족체, -포화 지방족 디카르복실산, -하나 이상의 할로겐 원자를 함유하는 포화 지방족 디카르복실산의 동족체, 및 -벤조산.
  4. 제 3 항에 있어서, 카르복실산이 120℃ 이하의 온도에서 액체임을 특징으로 하는 시물로헥산올의 제법.
  5. 제1 내지 4항의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 카르복실산이 포름산, 아세트산, 트리플루오로아세트산으로 구성된 군에서 선택됨을 특징으로 하는 시클로헥산올의 제법.
  6. 제1 내지 5항의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 카르복실산이 아세트산임을 특징으로하는 시를로헥산올의 제법.
  7. 제1 내지 6항의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 시클로헥센 대카르복실산의 몰 비율이 0.1 내지 5 사이, 바람직하게는 0.2 내지 2 사이가 되도록 하는 양으로 카르복실산을 사용함을 특징으로 하는 시플로렉산올의 제법.
  8. 제1 내지 7항의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 시를로헥센 대(물+카르복실산)계의 몰 비율이 60%미만, 바람직하게는 1%를 초과하도록 하는 양으로 시클로헥센을 사용함을 특징으로 하는 시클로헥산올의 제법.
  9. 제 8항에 있어서, 상기 비율이 2 내지 10% 사이임을 특징으로 하는 시클로헥산올의 제법.
  10. 제1 내지 9항의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 반응 온도가 60 내지 180℃ 사이, 바람직하게는 90 내지 120℃ 사이임을 특징으로 하는 시클로헥산올의 제법.
