Abstract

1,3-부타디엔을 촉매로서 하나 이상의 수용성 로듐 화합물 및 하나 이상의 수용성 유기 포스핀을 함유하는 수용액의 존재하에서 60 내지 150℃ 및 1 내지 20MPa에서 하이드로포밀화시킨다. n-C5알데히드 및 n-C5알데히드의 2차 생성물의 생성에 대한 반응 선택성을 증가시키기 위해 촉매 수용액의 pH를 8 내지 11로 유지시킨다.

Claims (9)

  1. 하나 이상의 수용성 모듐 화합물과 하나 이상의 수용성 유기 포스핀을 함유하는 pH 8.0 내지 11.0의 수용액속에서 부타디엔을 반응시킴을 포함하여, 1,3-부타디엔을 촉매로서의 당해 수용액의 존재하에 60 내지 150℃의 온도 및 1 내지 20MPa의 압력에서 하이드로포밀화시키는 방법.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 수용액의 pH 8.5 내지 9.5인 방법.
  3. 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, pH가 완충 혼합물을 사용하여 조절되는 방법.
  4. 제1항 내지 제3항 중의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 반응이 90 내지 120℃에서 수행되는 방법.
  5. 제1항 내지 제4항 중의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 반응이 1 내지 10MPa의 압력하에서 수행되는 방법.
  6. 제1항 내지 제5항 중의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 촉매 수용액의 로듐 농도가 촉매 수용액을 기준으로 하여 20 내지 2000중량ppm, 바람직하게는 50 내지 700중량ppm인 방법.
  7. 제1항 내지 제6항 중의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 로듐 1mol당 4 내지 100mol, 바람직하게는 10 내지 60mol의 인이 수용액에 존재하는 방법.
  8. 제1항 내지 제7항 중의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 사용되는 수용성 포스핀이 하나 이상의 설폰산 그룹 또는 하나 이상의 카복실 그룹을 함유하는 트리아릴포스핀, 트리알킬포스핀, 트리(알킬아릴)포스핀, 알킬렌디포스핀 또는 아릴디포스핀인 방법.
  9. 제1항 내지 제8항 중의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 촉매 수용액이 가용화제를 함유하는 방법.
