Claims (12)
- 약 0.4이하의 값으로 Feo/Fe₂O₃비율을 유지하기 위하여 혼합물에 두가지 이상의 산화제 (하나는 무기질산염이며, 다른 하나는 바람직하게는 산화상태가 2이상인 망간의 산화된 화합물, 중크롬산칼륨 및/또는 산화세륨이다)를 도입함으로써 유리의 산화도를 조절하는 유리질화 산물의 혼합물을 용융시켜Fe₂O₃로 표현되는 철함량을1% 이하로 함유하는, 연속 섬유 또는 스테이플 섬유로 전환될 유리의 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 약0.2내지 0.3의 Feo/Fe₂O₃비율을 유지하기 위해 산화제의 특성과 함량을 선택하는 방법.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 질산나트륨 및/또는 질산칼슘과 이산화망간을 혼합물에 도입하는 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제3항중의 어느 한항에 있어서, 혼합물100 중량부당 도입된 산화제의 양이 약0.05내지 약 6중량부, 바람직하게는 약 1내지 약 3중량부인 방법.
- 제4항에 있어서, 질산염 함량이 혼합물 100중량부당 약0.02내지 3중량부, 바람직하게는 약 0.5내지 약 1.5중량부인 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제5항중의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 화합물 90% 이상을 함유하는 원료 물질형태에서, 황산염 투임이 0인 유리질화 혼합물에 산화제를 혼합하는 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제6항중의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 유리 화학적 조성이 Sio₂: 61내지 72%-Al₂O₃:2 내지 8%-CaO :5 내지 10%-MgO :0 내지 5%Na₂O :13 내지 17%-K₂O:0 내지 2%-B₂O₃:0 내지 7%-F₂:0 내지 1.5%-BaO :0 내지 2.5% :Fe₂O₃(이하): 1%-불순물(이하) :2%의 한계중량%로 한정되며, 최종 유리가 추가로 산화제에 기인하는 산화망간, 산화크롬 및/또는 산화세륨을 함유하는 유리를 수득하기 위해 계산된 혼합물을 산화제를 도입하는 방법.
- 제7항에 있어서, 산화망가, 산화크롬 및/또는 산화세륨의 함량이 약3중량%에 달하는 유리를 수득하기 위해 혼합물을 계산하는 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제6항중의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 유리의 화학적 조성이 Sio₂: 52 내지 58%-Al₂O₃:12 내지 16%-CaO 및 임의로 MgO :19 내지 25%-B₂O₃:4 내지 8%-F₂:0 내지 1.5%-R₂O(이하):2%-Fe₂O₃(이하): 1%-불순물(이하) :2%의 한 계중량%로 한정되며, 최종 유리가 산화제에 기인하는 산화망간, 산화크롬 및/또는 산화세륨을 함유하는 유리를 수득하기 위해 계산된 혼합물에 산화제를 도입하는 방법.
- 제9항에 있어서, 산화망간, 산화크롬 및/또는 산화세륨의 함량이 약3중량%에 달할 수 있는 유리를 수득하기 위해 혼합물을 계산하는 방법.
- 제7항 내지 제10항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 유리질화 천연 원료 물질과 생산 폐기물로부터의 유리 섬유를 함유하는 혼합물에 산화제를 도입하는 방법.
- 제7항 또는 제8항에 있어서, 유리질화 천연 원료 물질과 유리 팩키징 및/또는 글레이징을 연마하여 수득한컬레트를 함유하는 유리질화 산물의 혼합물에 산화제를 혼합하는 방법.※ 참고사항: 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
