Claims (18)
- 수성 매질중에서 세분형으로 존재하는 효소를 침전시키고 이어서 동일한 수성 매질에서 밀도를 조절하여 효소의 침강-내성, 미세하게 분산된 상태를 성취함을 특징으로 하는, 적당한 안정성을 갖는 단백질 분해 효소의 수성 액체 제형을 제조하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 단백질 분해 효소가 프로테아제 (EC 3,4)인 방법.
- 제2항에 있어서, 효소가 미생물 기원인 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 효소를 보조 프로테아제 활성을 갖는 아밀라제 (EC 3.2.1) 및 리파아제(EC 3.1.1.3) 그룹 중에서 선택하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 효소가 췌장 복합체에 속하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 효소가 통상의 효소 생성물로부터 추출물의 형태로 사용되는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 효소를 포함하는 수성 매질에 불활성 염을 가하여 효소를 세분형으로 침전시키는 방법.
- 제7항에 있어서, 침전을 황산 암모늄 또는 황산 나트륨으로 수행하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 수성 매질의 밀도를 1.22 내지 1.23으로 조절하는 방법.

- 제10항에 있어서, 크산탄-기본 농조화제를 황산 암모늄 또는 황산 나트륨을 함유하는 수성 등장 용액 형태로 가하는 방법.
- 제11항에 있어서, 크산탄-기본 농조화제 용액을 전단력으로 교반하여 제조하는 방법.
- 제12항에 있어서, 크산탄-기본 농조화제가 용액중 0.1 내지 1중량%인 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상이한 근원으로부터 수득한 효소의 혼합물을 침전시키고 함께 후처리하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상이한 효소의 현탁액을 따로 제조하고 이어서 혼합하여 안정한 제형을 수득하는 방법.
- 제1항에 따른 안정한 수성 액체 효소 제형.
