Claims (15)

  1. 용매 부재하에서, 예비 단계로 2,4-이삼차부틸페놀 및 40내지 100%의 촉매를 혼합한 다음, 제1단계로서 상압 및 55내지 70℃의 온도에서 15내지 40분간의 체류 시간동안 삼염화 인과 함께 반응시키고, 제2단계로 상기 반응 혼합물을 상압 및 140℃이상의 온도에서 반응시키며 나머지 양의 촉매를 제1및/1또는 제2반응 단계에 부가하며, 제3단계로 상기 반응 혼합물을 감압하 및 186℃이상의 온도로 유지시키고 이 반응 혼합물로 부터 트리스-(2,4-이삼차부틸페닐)포스파이트를 단리하는 3단계 이상의 공정으로 반응을 실행하는 것을 포함하는, 촉매 존지하에 2,4-이삼차부틸페놀 및 삼염화 인으로 부터 트리스-(2,4-이삼차부틸페닐)포스파이트를 제조하는 방법.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 반응 혼합물을 186℃이상 및 감압하에서 유지시키는 제4단계 반응으로 처리시키는 방법.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 제2단계에서 반응 시간을 45내지 75분 유지시키는 방법.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 제3단계에서 반응 시간을 1.5내지 2.5시간 유지시키는 방법.
  5. 제2항에 있어서, 제4단계에서 반응 시간을 20내지 120분간 유지시키는 방법.
  6. 제2항에 있어서, 제4단계에서 온도를 190내지 195℃로 유지시키는 방법.
  7. 제1항에 있어서, 2,4-이삼차부틸페놀을 삼염화인에 대하여 1배 내지 1.1배의 화학양론적 양으로 부가하는 방법.
  8. 제1항에 있어서, 공정을 3단계 반응기에서 실행하는 방법..
  9. 제2항에 있어서, 공정을 4단계 반응기에서 실행하는 방법.
  10. 제1항에 있어서, 반응 혼합물을 적어도 1단계에서 교반하는 방법.
  11. 제1항에 있어서, 제2단계에서 온도를 150내지 170℃로 유지시키는 방법.
  12. 제1항에 있어서, 제3단계에서 온도를 190내지 195℃로 유지시키는 방법.
  13. 제1항에 있어서, 제3단계를 10내지 60hPa의 감압하에서 실행하는 방법.
  14. 제1항에 있어서, 사용된 촉매의 50내지 100%및 2,4-이삼차부틸페놀을 예비 단계가 실행되는 충전 칼럼을 통해 반응에 부가하는 방법.
  15. 제1항에 있어서, 공정을 연속적으로 실행하는 방법.
