Claims (7)

  1. 소재(19)를 초전도 물질, HNO3, H2O로 전착액을 통과하도록 주행시키면서 인에 전극을 가하여 소재(19)에 초전도 물질이 전착되도록 함을 특징으로 하는 초전도 재료의 제조방법.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 소재가 선재(線材)임을 특징으로 하는 초전도 재료의 제조방법.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 소재가 박막(薄膜)임을 특징으로 하는 초전도 재료의 제조방법.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 초전도 물질의 조성물이 Ln-R-Cu-O-X계[Ln: Sc,Y를 포함한 란탄계열의 전물질, R: Ca, Sr, Ba, K, X:F, Cl 로 됨을 특징으로 하는 초전도 재료의 제조방법.
  5. 제1항, 제2항, 제3항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 소재가 동(Cu)임을 특징으로 하는 초전도재료의 제조방법.
  6. 제1항, 제2항, 제3항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 소재가 은(Ag)임을 특징으로 하는 초전도재료의 제조방법.
  7. 제1항, 제2항, 제3항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 소재가 납(pt)임을 특징으로 하는 초전도재료의 제조방법.
