Claims (7)
- 소재(19)를 초전도 물질, HNO3, H2O로 전착액을 통과하도록 주행시키면서 인에 전극을 가하여 소재(19)에 초전도 물질이 전착되도록 함을 특징으로 하는 초전도 재료의 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 소재가 선재(線材)임을 특징으로 하는 초전도 재료의 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 소재가 박막(薄膜)임을 특징으로 하는 초전도 재료의 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 초전도 물질의 조성물이 Ln-R-Cu-O-X계[Ln: Sc,Y를 포함한 란탄계열의 전물질, R: Ca, Sr, Ba, K, X:F, Cl 로 됨을 특징으로 하는 초전도 재료의 제조방법.
- 제1항, 제2항, 제3항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 소재가 동(Cu)임을 특징으로 하는 초전도재료의 제조방법.
- 제1항, 제2항, 제3항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 소재가 은(Ag)임을 특징으로 하는 초전도재료의 제조방법.
