제1도는 횡축을 내부표면으로부터의 거리(mm)로 하고 종축을 잔류응력(kgf/㎟)로한 본 발명에 따른 제품의 잔류응력 분포도,
제2도는 (100kgf/㎠)의 내부 압력을 가한 경우의 제1도와 유사한 이론적 응력 분포도.
Claims (7)
- 외부공급관을 내부공급관의 외부원주에 견고하에 결합시킨 이중 공급액구조의 고압유체공급관의 제조방법에 있어서, 내부공급관보다 더큰 열팽창계수를 가지는 외부공급관과 그 내부공급관을 그 사이에 브레이징재료를 넣고 억지 끼워맞춤하여 이중공급관을 형성하는 단계와, 적어도 내부공급관의 내부표면에 잔류 압출응력을 부여하기 위하여 그 이중공급관을 열처리하고 서냉하여 내부공급관과 외부공급관을 서로 일체로 완전히 접합하고 견고하게 결합하는 단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로하는 고압 유체공급관의 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 내부공급관과 외부공급관의 벽두께비율이 1:4 내지 1:2범위내인 것을 특징으로하는 고압 유체공급관의 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 브레이징재료의 융점이 내부와 외부공급관보다 낮은 것을 특징으로하는 고압 유체공급관의 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 브레이징 재료가 극히 얇은 박판재의 형태나 도금형태로 배치되는 것을 특징으로하는 고압 유체공급관의 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 다이스와 플러그를 이용한 인발가공에 의해서 내부공급관과 외부공급관의 견고한 결합이 이루어지는 것을 특징으로하는 고압 유체공급관의 제조방법.
- 제5항에 있어서, 인발가공이 가열 또는 고온상태에서 행하여지는 것을 특징으로하는 고압 유체공급관의 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 서냉처리가 20℃/min 이하의 냉각속도로 행하여지는 것을 특징으로하는 고압 유체공급관의 제조방법.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
