제1도는 통상적인 액체 시나몬 향미제를 함유하는 비교용 껌과 시나몬으로 제조된 본 발명의 향미제 송달계를 함유하는 향미된 무수 시나몬 쥬잉껌에 대한 감각을 평가하는 비교 테스트의 결과를 그래프로 표시한 것이다.
Claims (28)
- (a) 최종 송달계의 약 5-25중량%양의 향미제 성분, (b) 최종 송달계의 약 10-20중량%양인, 로진으로 구성된 수지 성분, 및 (c) 최종 송달계의 약45-95중량%양인, 지방, 왁스 및 이것의 혼합물로 부터 선택된 소수성 피복 성분으로 구성되고, 일정한 향미제 방출성, 온도 안정성 및 맛과 향기의 마스킹을 증진시키는 향미제 송달계.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 향미제 성분이 향유로 구성된 향미제 송달계.
- 제2항에 있어서, 향유가 스피아민트오일, 시나몬 오일, 원터그린 오밀(메틸살리실레이트), 퍼퍼민트 오일, 레몬 오일, 오렌지 오일, 포도 오일, 라임 오일, 그레이프프루트 오일, 사과 에센스, 딸기 에센스, 체리 에센스, 파인애플 에센스, 바나나 에센스 및 이들의 혼합물로 구성된 그룹으로 부터 선택되는 향미제 송달계.
- 제1항에 있어서, 향미재 성분이 약 5-20중량%양으로 존재하고 수리가 약10-20중량%양으로 존재하며 지방으로 구성된 소수성 피복 성분이 약 50-85중량%양으로 존재하는 향미제 송달계.
- 제1항에 있어서, 향미제 성분이 약 5-25중량%양으로 존재하고 수지가 약10-20중량%양으로 존재하여 왁스로 구성된 소수성 피복 성분이 약 45-85중량%양으로 존재하는 향미제 송달계.
- 제1항에 있어서. 수지 성분이 로진, 로진 에스테르 및 이것의 혼합물로 구성된 그룹으로 부터 선택되는 향미제 송달계.
- 제6항에 있어서, 수지 성분이 부분적으로 수소첨가된 나무 로진의 펜타에리트리를 에스테러;나무 로진의 펜타에리스리를 에스테르:나무 로진의 글리세롤 에스테르:부분적으로 이량체화된 로진의 귤리세롤 에스테르:중합된 로진의 글리세롤 에스테르:톨오일(tall oil)로진의 글리세롤 에스테르, 알파-피넨 또는 베타-피넨의 중합체 같은 로진의 부분적으로 수소첨가된 메틸에스테르 및 나무 로진 및 부분적으로 수소첨가된 나무 로진의 글리세롤 에스페트:폴리터펜을 포함하는 터펜 수지 및 이들의 혼합물로 구성된 그룹으로 부터 선택되는 향미체 송달계.
- 제1항에 있어서, 유화제를 더 포함하는 향미제 송달계.
- 제8항에 있어서, 상기 유화제가 최종 송달계의 약 5중량%까지의 양으로 존재하는 향미제 송달계.
- 제9항에 있어서, 상기 유화제가 약 1…5 중량%의 양으로 존재하는 향미제 송달계.
- 제8항에 있어서, 유화제가 지방산의 모노글리세라이드, 디글리세라이드 및 트리글리세라이드, 폴리글리세롤 에스테르 및 이들의 혼합물로 구성원 그룹으로 부터 선택되는 향미제 송달계.
- 제8항에 있어서, 유화제가 레시틴, 스테아레이트. 스테아레이트의 에스테르 유도체, 팔미테이트, 팔미테이트의 에스테르 유도체, 올레이트. 올레이트의 에스테르 유도제, 글리세라이드, 수크로스 폴리에스테르, 폴리글리세롤 에스테르 및 이들의 혼합물로 구성된 그룹으로 부터 선택되는 향미재 송달계.
- 제1항에 있어서, 30중량%까지의 감미료를 더 포함하는 향미제 송달계.
- 제13항에 있어서, 감미료가 아미노산에 기초한 감미료, 디펩티드 감미료, 글리시리진, 사카린 및 이것의 염, 아세설팜 염, 시클라메이트, 스테비오시드, 탈린, 수크랄로스, 디하이드로칼콘 화합물 및 이들의 혼합물로 구성된 그룹으로 부터 선택된 고강도의 천연 감미료 또는 인공 감미료인 향미제 송달계.
- 제13항에 있어서, 감미료가 소듐 사카린, 탈린 및 아세설팜-K로 구성된 구룹으로부터 선택되는 향미제 송달계.
- 제1항에 있어서, 고체 미립자 형태인 향미제 송달계.
- (a) 최종 송달계의 약 5-25중량%양의 향미제 성분. (b) 최종 송달계의 약 10-20중량%양인, 로진으로 구성 된 수지 성분, 및 (c) 최종 송달계의 약45-95중량%양인, 지방왁스 및 이것의 혼합물로부터 선택된 소수성 피복성분으로 구성된 향미제 송달계, 감미료 및 껌 베이스로 구성되고, 증진된 향미 강도와 수명을 제공하는 츄잉껌 조성물.
- 제17항에 있어서, 껌 베이스가 천연 러버. 합성러버 및 이들의 혼합물로 구성된 그룹으로 부터 선택된 탄성 중합체로 구성되는 츄잉껑 조성물.
- 제18항에 있어서, 껌 베이스 탄성중합체가 치클, 젤루통, 발라타, 구타-퍼카, 레치-캡시, 소르바, 부타디엔-스티렌 공중합체, 폴리이소부틸렌, 이소부팁렌-이소프렌 공중합체, 폴리비닐아세테이트 및 이들의 혼합들로 구성된 그룹으로 부터 선택되는 츄잉껌 조성물.
- 제19항에 있어서, 껌 베이스가 최종 츄잉껌 조성의의 약5-85중량%양으로 존재하는 츄잉껌 조성물.
- 제17항에 있어서, 충진제, 착색제, 향미제, 연화제, 가소제, 탄성중합체, 탄성중합체 용매, 감미제 및 이들의 혼합물을 더 포함하는 츄잉껌 조성물.
- (a)로진, 로진 에스테르 및 이것의 혼합물로부터 선택된 수지 성분을 용융시키고, (b) 향미제 성분을 교반하에 용융된 수지 성분에 부가하고 외부의 열을 끌어들이면서 결과의 혼합물을 교반하여 제1균질 혼합물을 형성 시키며, (c) 지방, 왁스 및 이것의 혼합물로 구성된 그룹으로 부터 선택된 소수성 피복 성분을 용융시키고, (d) 단계(b)의 혼합물을 교반하에 소수성 피복성분에 부가하고 제2균질 혼합물이 형성될때까지 계속 교반하며, (e)분무 동결시킴에 의해 상기 향미제 성분, 수지 및 소수성 피복 성분의 합성물 입자를 형성시키고, (f) 상기 향미제 성분이 최종 송달계의 약 5-25중량%양으로 존재하고, 수지 성분이 약 10-20중량%양으로 존재하며 소수성 피복 성분이 45-95중량%양으로 존재하는 것으로 구성되는 방법에 의해 향미제 송달계를 제조하는 방법.
- (1) 제22항의 방법으로 향미제 송달계를 제조하고, (2) 단계(1)에서 제조한 향미제 송달계를 껌 베이스와 남아있는 츄잉껌 성분들의 균질 혼합물에 부가하며, (3) 결과의 혼합물을 적당한 츄잉껌 형태로 만드는 것으로 구성되는, 지속적인 향미제 강도와 방출성이 증가된 츄잉껌 조성물의 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 당과 조성물에 함침된 향미제 송달계.
- 제1항에 있어서, 제약학적 조성물에 함침된 향미제 송달계.
- 제1항에 있어서, 식품에 함침된 향미제 송달계.
- 제1항에 있어서, 치약 조성물 또는 틀니 접착재에 함침된 향미재 송달계.
