Claims (18)

  1. 일반식[상기식에서, Ar는또는를 나타냄]으로 표시되는 반복단위를 갖고, p-클로로페놀을 용 매로서의 60℃에서의 극한점도 [n]이 0.2㎗/g이상인 중합체와 자석분말로 된 자석 조성물.
  2. 제1항의 중합체 0.5∼40용량% (0.1∼15중량%)와, 자석분발에 대하여 0∼5중량%의 커플링제로 표면처리된 자석분말 99.5∼60용량% (99.9∼85중량%)로 된 자석조성물.
  3. 제1항의 중합체 0.5∼40중량% (0.1∼15중량%)가, 자석분말 99.5∼60용량%% (99.9∼85중량%)에 피복 또는 부착되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 자석 분말 재료.
  4. 제3항에 있어서, 자석분말이, 그 자석분말에 대하여, 0∼5중량%의 커플링제로 표면처리된 자석분말 재료.
  5. 제3항의 자석분말 재료의 사출성형물로된, 수지 결합형 자석.
  6. 제3항의 자석분말재료의 압축성형물로 된, 수지 결합형 자석.
  7. 제3항에 있어서, 제1항의중합체를 용해함과 동시에, 자석분말을 분산시킨 혼합액에, 그 중합체의 빈 용매를 첨가하는 것을 특징으로 하는 자석분말 재료의 제조방법.
  8. 제3항에 있어서, 제1항의 중합체를 용해함과 동시에, 자석분말을 분산시킨 혼합액에, 그 중합체의 용매를 기화내지 증발시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 자석분말 재료의 제조방법.
  9. 제3항에 있어서, 제1항의 중합체를 용해함과 동시에, 자석분말을 분산시킨 혼합액을 냉각하는 것을 특징으로 하는 자석분말 재료의 제조방법.
  10. 제3항에 있어서, 제1항의 중합체를 용매에 가열용해하고, 그 다음 냉각하여 제조한 겔과, 자석분말을 분산, 혼합, 분쇄하고, 동시에 용매를 기화 내지 증발시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 자석분말 재료의 제조 방법.
  11. 제7항 내지 제10항의 어느 한 하에 있어서, 자석분말이 0∼5중량%의 커플링로 표면처리된 자석분말재료의 제조방법.
  12. 제3항의 자석분말 재료를, 압축헝형 하는 것을 특징으로 하는 수지결합형 자석의 제조방법.
  13. 제3항의 자석분말 재료를 사출성형 하는 것을 특징으로 하는 수지결합형 자석의 제조 방법.
  14. 제3항의 자석분말 재료를, 자장을 가하는 조건하에 압축성형 하는 것을 특징으로 하는 수지 결합형 자석의 제조방법.
  15. 제12항 또는 제14항에 있어서, 제3항의 자석분말 재료가 분쇄처리되는 수지결합형 자석의 제조 방법.
  16. 제1항에 있어서, 중합체가, 일반식로 표시되는 반복단위를 갖는 자석 조성물.
  17. 제3항에 있어서, 중합체가, 일반식로 표시되는 반복단위를 갖는 자석 조성물.
  18. 제5항 또는 제6항에 있어서, 중합체가 일반식로 표시되는 반복단위를 갖는 수지결합형 자석.
