Claims (16)
- 자석분말에, 0.1∼5중량%의 결정성 및 내열성을 갖는 열 가소성수지가 피복 또는, 부착되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 자석분말재료.
- 제1항의 자석분말재료의 냉간압축성형물로 된 수지결합형 자석
- 제1항에 있어서, 결정성 및 내열성을 갖는 열가소성수지를 용해함과 아울러 자석분말을 분산시킨 혼합액에, 그 수지의 빈용매를 첨가하는 것을 특징을 하는 자석분말재료의 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 결정성 및 내열성을 갖는 열가소성수지를 용해함과 아울러, 자석분말을 분산시킨 혼합액에, 그 혼합액의 용매를 기화 내지 증발시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 자석 분말재료의 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 결정성 및 내열성을 갖는 열가소성 수지를 용해함과 아울러, 자석분말을 분산시킨 혼합액을 냉각시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 자석분말 재료의 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 결정성 및 내열성을 갖는 열가소성수지를 용매에 가열 용해하고, 이어서 냉각함으로서 조제한 겔과 자석 분말을 분산, 혼합, 분쇄를 행하고, 동시에 용매를 기화 내지 증발시키는 것을 특징으로하는 자석분말재료의 제조방법.
- 제3항 내지 제6항의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 자석분말이 5중량% 이하의 커플링제로서 표면처리된 것인 자석분말재료의 제조방법.
- 제1항의 자석분말재료를 압축성형하는 것을 특징으로 하는 수지결합형 자석의 제조방법.
- 제1항의 자석분말재료를 자장을 가하는 조건하에서, 압축성형하는 것을 특징으로 하는 수지결합형 자석의 제조방법.
- 제8항 또는, 제9항에 있어서, 압축성형이 냉간압축 성형인 수지결합형 자석의 제조방법.
- 제8항 또는, 제9항에 있어서, 자석분말재료가 분쇄처리된 것인 수지결합형 자석의 제조방법.
- 제8항 또는, 제9항에 있어서, 자석분말재료가 5중량% 이하의 커플링제의 표면처리된 것인 수지 결합형 자석의 제조방법.
- 제8항 또는, 제9항에 있어서, 자석분말재료가 제3항∼제6항의 어느 방버에 의해 얻어진 것인 수지결합형 자석의 제조방법,
- 제1항에 있어서, 결정성 및 내열성을 갖는 열가소성수지가 폴리에터르에테르케톤,폴리에테르케톤, 폴리페닐렌 설파이드 또는, 폴리설파이드 케톤인 자석분말재료.
- 제2항에 있어서, 결정성 및 내열성을 갖는 열가소성수지가 폴리에테르에테르케톤, 폴리에테르케톤, 폴리페닐렌설파이드 또는, 폴리설파이드 케톤인 수지결합형 자석.
- 제3항 내지 제6항의 어느 한항에 있어서, 결정성 및 내열성을 갖는 내열성가소수지가 폴리에테르에테르케톤, 폴리에테르케톤, 폴리페닐렌설파이드 또는, 폴리설파이드 케톤인 자석분말 재료의 제조방법.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
