Claims (11)

  1. 기억매체의 지지디스크들을 세척하는 디스크 세척장치로서, 세척될 다수의 디스크를 보유하는 매거진을 가진 장전부와, 디스크의 앞뒷면과 동시에 그 안쪽 및 바깥둘레를 세척하도록 된 세척대, 디스크의 앞뒷면과 동시에 그 안쪽 및 바깥둘레를 헹구도록 된 헹굼대 및 세척 되고 헹궈진 디스크를 고속회전건조에 의해 건조시키도록된 건조대를 포함하는 작업부와, 세척된 디스크들을 수용하는 매거진을 가진 방출부와 디스크들을 하나씩 상기 장전부에서 상기 방출부까지 게단식으로 전달하면서 상기 장전부와 방출부 사이에 일렬로 위치된 상기 작업부의 상기 세척대, 헹굼대 및 건조대로 상기 디스크들을 연속적으로 통과시키도록 된 디스크 전달수단과로 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 디스크세척장치.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 세척, 헹굼 및 건조대들이 실질적으로 같은 높이와 균일한 간격으로 위치되어 있고, 상기 장전부와 방출부에는 디스크를 상기 매거진의 높이와 상기 작업부의 높이 사이에서 상승 또는 하강시키는 디스크승강수단이 제공되고, 상기 디스크전달수단에는 선행부(section)또는 대(stage)에 있는 디스크접수위치, 후속부 또는 대에 있는 디스크전달 위치, 그리고 상기 디스크접수위치와, 디스크전달위치 사이의 중간대기 위치의 안팍으로 각기 이동할수 있는 4개의 디스크 척기구가 포함되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 디스크 세척장치.
  3. 제2항에 있어서, 상기 디스크전달수단의 상기 디스크 척기구들이 단일구동판에 균일한 간격 으로 설치되고 그에 의하여 상기 디스크 접수위치, 디스크 전달위치 및 대기위치의 안팍으로 일체로 이동되는 것을 특징으로 하는 디스크세척장치.
  4. 제2항에 있어서, 각각의 상기 디스크 척기구에는 디스크의 안쪽둘레와 결합 및 해제되도록 이동할 수 있는 3개의 척부재들과 이 척부재들을 디스크 보유위치와 디스크 해제위치 사이에서 이동가능학 지지하는 작동부재들이 제공되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 디스크세척장치.
  5. 제4항에 있어서, 상기 디스크 척기구에는 여러 외경을 가진 여러종류의 디스크들을 보유하는 여러 세트의 척부재들이 제공되며, 작은 직경의 디스크들을 위한 적어도 한 세트의 척부재들이 상기 작동부재들에 이탈가능하게 설치되는 것을 특징으로 하는 디스크 세척장치.
  6. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 세척대에는 세척부재들로서 회전 구동수단에 의해 한방향으로 회전하도록 구동되고 세척중인 디스크의 앞뒷면과 접촉할수 있어 상기 디스크가 따라 회전하게 하는 한쌍의 면 브러시와, 상기 디스크의 안쪽 및 바깥둘레들중 적어도 하나와 접촉할 수 있고 거기에 상기 디스크의 회전방향에 반대인 방향으로 회전력을 부과하도록 배열된 가장자리 브러시가 포함되는 것을 특징으로 하는 디스크 세척장치.
  7. 제6항에 있어서, 상기 세척대가, 상기 디스크의 안쪽둘레와 접촉할수 있는 안쪽 가장자리 브러시와 상기 디스크의 바깥둘레와 접촉할수 있는 바깥가장자리 브러시를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 디스크세척장치.
  8. 제7항에 있어서, 상기 안쪽 및 바깥가장자리 브러시들 중 상기 적어도 하나가 상기 디스크의 회전방향에 반대인 방향으로 회전하도록 구동되는 반면 상기 가장자리 브러시들중 다른 것이 상기 디스크와 같은 방향으로 회전되는 것을 특징으로 하는 디스크 세척장치.
  9. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 세척 및 헹굼대들에 있는 세척부재들과 헹굼부재들이 상기 세척 및 헹굼대들 사이의 중간경계 양측에 대칭으로 위치되는 것을 특징으로 하는 디스크 세척장치.
  10. 제9항에 있어서, 상기 세척부재들이 전동벨트수단에 의해 일체로 회전되고 상기 헹굼부재들이 유사하게 전동벨트수단에 의해 일체로 회전되는 것을 특징으로 하는 디스크세척장치.
  11. 제10항에 있어서, 상기 세척대의 상기 세척부재들과 상기 헹굼대의 상기 헹굼부재들을 위한 상기 정동벨트 수단들이 단일구동수단에 의해 공통으로 구동되도록 배열되는 것을 특징으로 하는 디스크세척장치.
