Claims (8)

  1. 접속부를 구성하는 2개의 연접표면사이의 간극을 측정하고 ; 상기 표면이 정합되게 하여 상기 간극을 감소시키기 위한 접속부의 형성방법에 있어서, 압축성 간극 측정매체를 이용해서 상기 간극을 측정하고 ; 상기 간극 측정값에 근거하여 접속부의 표면을 프로파일링하고 ; 상기 프로파일을 합성하여 간극이 없는 접속부 표면 프로파일을 만들어 내는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 접속부 표면의 높이 변화율이 소정치 이내인 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  3. 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 표면상에서의 공기순환을 억제하고, 각각의 측정점에 있어서 복수의 측정값에 대한 평균값을 계산하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  4. 제1항, 제2항 또는 제3항에 있어서, 각각의 프로파일에 대하여 기준평면을 지정하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  5. 제1항 내지 제4항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 접속면과 상기 간극의 지형도를 작성하고, 표면의 정합에 의해 간극을 감소시킨후 간극기준프로파일을 만들어내는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  6. 제1항 내지 제5항중 어느 한항에 있어서, 상기 간극을 재생가능한 기준 그리드상에 기록하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  7. 제1항 내지 제6항중 어느 한항에 있어서, 상기 표면을 레이저 유도 정합기법에 의해서 정합시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  8. 제1항 내지 제7항중 어느 한항에 있어서, 상기 제1및 제2의 접속면이 부식되었는지를 먼저 판단하고 ; 이어서, 상기 제1 및 제2표면상에서 재생가능한 기준 그리드를 형성시키고 ; 변형가능한 간극측정매체를 이용해서 상호 대향하고 있는 상기 제1및 제2표면에 대해 청색접촉간극검사, 접촉게이지 간극검사 및 일반간극검사를 행하고 ; 레이저 측정장치를 이용해서 상기 제1및 제2표면의 프로파일을 발생시키고 ; 모든 측정결과를 이용해서 상기 제1표면과 제2표면을 정합시켜 소정치보다 작거나 같고 소정의 표면높이 변등록 보다 작은 간극을 형성시키기 위한 설계평면을 만들고 ; 상기 소정치 및 소정의 변등폭을 초과하는 영역에서만 상기 제1및 제2표면을 재가공하여 상기 제1표면과 제2표면을 정합시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
