Abstract

목적:간단한 구성으로 정확한 3차원 형상 가공물의 평가를 행한다.
구성 : 미리 기억되고 있는 형상 데이타 베이스 및 측정 데이타를 읽어들이고(2-1,2-2), 이 양자로부터 측정 데이타의 근처면을 추출하는 동시에 기준 곡면상의 대응점을 계산한다. 이 처리는 측정 데이타의 근처면을 추출하는 동시에 기준 곡면상의 대응점을 계산한다(2-10~2-11), 이와같이 측정후의 평가 단계에서 면에 수직인 거리 계산을 행하기 때문에 측정장치 자체는 종래 인채로 좋으며 전체 구성을 간단히 하면서 정확한 평가를 행할 수 있다.

본 내용은 요부공개 건이므로 전문내용을 수록하지 않았음
제1도는 본 발명에 관한 3차원 형상 가공물의 평가장치의 전체 구성을 설명하는 블럭도, 제2도는 실시예의 하드웨어 구성을 도시하는 설명도. 제3도는 실시예의 전체 동작을 설명하는 순서도.

Claims (1)

  1. 피측정물인 3차원 가공물의 형상 측정 데이타를 복수의 측정점의 공간 좌표값으로서 기억하는 측정 데이타 기억수단과, 3차원 가공물의 기준면을 규정하는 CAD형상 데이타를 기억하는 CAD형상 데이타 기억수단과, 상기 기준면에 대해서 수직이며 상기 측정점을 통하는 선과 기준면과의 교점을 구하는 교점 산출수단과, 구해진 교점과 상기 측정점의 거리를 구하는 거리 산출 수단을 가지며, 거리 산출 수단에 의해서 구해진 거리에 의거해서 3차원 가공물을 평가하는 것을 특징으로 하는 3차원 형상 가공물의 평가장치.
