Claims (16)
- (a)활성촉매 이외의 염기와(b) 음이온 X의 실질적 부재하에 반응을 수행함을 특징으로 하는, 티아졸륨 염으로 부터 HX (X는 음이온을 표시함)를 제거하여 형성된 활성측 합촉매와 하나 이상의 알데히드를 포함하는 액체반응게내에서 알데히드를 알파-히드록시 케톤으로 축합하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 반응 개시 전에 반응계에 염기 또는 음이온 X가 실질적으로 없게 만드는 방법.
- 제1항 또는 2항에 있어서, 활성 촉매원으로서 티아졸륨 할라이드를 사용하는 방법.
- 제1항 또는 3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 바람직하지 않은 염기 또는 음이온 x를 흡착할 수 있는 염기성 이온교환수지에 티아졸륨 염의 용액을 용출시키고 용출액을 반응계에 사용하는 것에 의해 활성 촉매에 바람직하지 않은 염기 및/또는 음이온 x가 실질적으로 없게 만드는 방법.
- 제1항 또는 3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 활성 촉매원인 촉매계를 알코올 성분이 물과 비혼화성이거나 단지 부분적으로만 혼화되는 수성 알코올 혼합물로 추출하고, 얻어진 혼합물을 수층과 알코올층으로 분리시키고 알코올층으로부터 염기 및 음이온 x가 없는 촉매를 회수하는 것에 의해, 촉매에 염기 및 음이온 x가 실직적으로 없게 만드는 방법.
- 제1항 또는 5항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 실질적으로 건조 상태하에 축합 반응을 수행하는 반응.
- 제6항에 있어서, 상단에서 물이 연속적으로 제거되면서 증류기의 바닥에서 반응이 일어나는 증류기내에서 반응을 수행하는 방법.
- 제7항에 있어서, 공비제를 사용하여 물의 제거를 돕는 방법.
- 제1항 내지 8항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 최초 반응 혼합물 내의 알데히드 대 축합촉매의 상대몰비가 3 : 1~10000 : 1인 방법.
- 제1항 내지 9항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 알데히드 반응물이 포름알데히드인 방법.
- 제1항 내지 10항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 활성촉매원이 지방족, 방향족 및 헤테로고리족 티아졸룸 할라이드염으로부터 선택되는 방법.
- 제1항 내지 11항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 반응계 내의 액체 매질이(시클로) 지방족 알코올인 방법.
- 제12항에 있어서, (시클로)지방족 알코올이 계 내에서 반응물 알데히드 및/또는 축합촉매를 용해시킬 수 있으나 물과 비혼하성이거나 단지 부분적으로만 혼화되는 방법.
- 제1항 내지 13항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 축합반응이 20~200℃온도에서 수행되는 방법.
- 제1항 내지 14항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 침전법, 투석, 액-액추출 및 막분리의 방법 중 하나 이상에 의해 반응 혼합물로 부터 알파-히드록시 케톤을 회수하는 방법.
- 제1항 내지 15항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 디히드록시 아세톤은 포름알데히드의 자기 축합 반응에 의해 생성되는 방법.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
