Claims (10)
1) 소듐살리실레이트의 수용액에 사용된 소듐염에 상응하는 살리실산을 용해시키기에 충분한 양의 유기용매를 가하고 ; 2) 소듐살리실레이트에 대해 화학양론적 등몰링 이상의 강한 무기산을 가한 후 ; 3) 형성된 실리실산을 함유한 필수 유기상 및 무기소듐염을 함유한 수상을 분리함을 특징으로 하는, 소듐살리실레이트의 수용액으로부터 살리실산의 침전 및 정제방법.
제1항에 있어서, 사용된 강한 무기산이 황산인 방법.
제1 또는 2항에 있어서, 사용된 유기용매가 지방족에테르, 치환된 지방족에테르, 지방족케톤, 할로겐화 지방족케톤, 지방족알데히드 및 지방족알콜로부터 선택된 용매인 방법.
제3항에 있어서, 유기용매가 지방족 에테르, 염소화 지방족에테르, 지방족케톤 및 염소화 지방족케톤으로부터 선택된 용매인 방법.
제3항에 있어서, 유기용매가 120℃이하, 바람직하게는 100℃이하의 비점을 갖는 방법.
제3항에 있어서, 유기용매가 디이소프로필에테르, 메틸 t-부틸에테르, 에틸이소프로필에테르, 에틸프로필에테르, 부틸에틸에테르, 에틸이소부틸에테르, 에틸 t-부틸에테르, 부틸메틸에테르, 이소부틸메틸에테르, 메틸펜틸에테르, 디에틸에테르, 디프로필에테르, 이소프로필프로필에테르, 에틸 1-프로피닐에테르, 에릴 2-프로피닐에테르, 에티닐프로필에테르, 알틸에틸에테르, 알릴이소프로필에테르, 이소프로필비닐에테르 또는 이소부틸비닐에테르와 같은 지방족에테르 ; 2-브로모에틸에틸에테르 또는 2-클로로에틸에틸에테르와 같은 할로겐화 지방족에테르 ; 아세톤, 2-부타논, 3-에틸-2-부타논, 3, 3-디메틸-2-부타논, 2-펜타논 또는 3-펜타논과 같은 지방족케톤 ; 및 3-클로로-2-부타논 또는 1-클로로-2-프로파논과 같은 염소화 지방족케톤으로 부터 선택된 용매인 방법.
제1항에 있어서, 유기용매의 양이 용매중의 최종 살리실산농도가 8중량% 이상이 되는 양인 방법.
제1항에 있어서, 반응이 수행되는 온도가 10℃-유기용매의 비점, 바람직하게는 40℃-80℃인 방법.
제2항에 있어서, 화학양론적 양의 약 105%-110%의 황산을 사용하는 방법.
0.01중량% 이하, 바람직하게는 0.002중량%이하의 황산나트륨 및 0.01중량% 이하, 바람직하게는 0.005중량%이하의 파라히드록시벤조산 및 4-히드록시이소프탈산을 함유한, 제l항의 방법에 따라 수득된 순수 살리실산.
