Claims (5)
- 각각 나선형의 와권측판을 받침판면에 돌출시켜 형성한 요동스크롤 및 요동스크롤을 서로 짜맞추므로서 상기 각 와권측판 및 받침판면에 의하여 복수의 실을 형성하고 요동스크롤을 선회시켜 상기 실에 주입된 유체를 이송, 압축 내지 팽창하도록 구성한 스크롤의 유체기계에 있어서, 상기 양스크롤의 각 와권측판과 각각 같은 형상의 와권현상인 한쌍의 미조정용 엘레멘트와 이것을 와권축방향에 끼워맞추는 것 같은 와권형상의 안내홈을 상기 양스크롤의 와권측판의 단면에 설치하여 상기 각 미조정용 엘레멘트를 그것에 대응하는 상기 각 안내홈에서 끼워 맞출때 와권축방향으로 소성변형하여 상기 각 미조정용 엘레멘트를 통하여 상기 각 와권측판 단면과 이에 대응하는 받침판 저면간의 간격을 미조정할 수 있도록 한 것을 특징으로 하는 스크롤 유체기계.
- 미조정용 엘레멘트는 연(鉛)땜납같은 소성변형이 큰 재질이며 안내홈이 상기 미조정용 엘레멘트가 소성변형하여도 체적유동에 대한 융통성이 있는 단면 칫수형상으로 되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 청구범위 제 1항에 있어서의 스크를 유체기계.
- 각각 나선형등의 와권측판을 받침판면에 돌출시켜 형성한 고정스크롤 및 요동스크롤을 서로 짜맞추므로서 상기 각 와권측판 및 받침판면에 의하여 복수의 실을 형성하고, 요동스크롤을 선회시켜 상기 실에 주입된 유체를 압축 혹은 팽창하도록 구성한 스크롤 유체기계에 있어서, 상기 양스크롤의 각 와권측판과 각각 동형상의 와권형상인 한쌍의 미조정용 엘레멘트와 상기 양스크롤의 와권측판 단면에 따라 형성되고 상기 미조정용 엘레멘트가 압입된 안내홈을 구비하고, 상기 각 조정용 엘레멘트의 상기 각 안내홈에 대한 압입깊이를 조정하는 것에 의하여 상기 각 미조정용 엘레멘트 탄면과 이에 대응하는 받침판 저면간의 간격을 미조정할 수 있는 동시에 상기 미조정용 엘레멘트와 상기 안내홈 저부간에 형성된 빈틈부와 상기 실과를 상통하겠금 구성한 간격 미조정기구가 있는 스크롤 유체기계.
- 각각 나선형등의 와권측관을 받침판면에 돌출시켜 형성한 고정스크롤 및 요동스크롤을 서로 짜맞추므로서 상기 각 와권측판및 받침판면에 의하여 복수의 실을 형성하고 요동스크롤을 선회시켜 상기 실에 주입된 유체를 압축 혹은 팽창하도록 구성한 스크롤 유체기계에 있어서, 상기 양스크롤의 각 와권측판과 동형상의 와권형상인 미조정용 엘레멘트와, 상기 양스크롤의 와권측판 단면에 따라 형성되고 상기 미조정용 엘레멘트가 압입되는 안내홈을 구비하고 상기 각 미조정용 엘레멘트의 상기 각 안내홈에 대한 압입깊이를 조정하는 것에 의하여 상기 각 미조정용 엘레멘트 단면과 이에 대응하는 상기 각 받침판 저면간의 간격을 미조정할 수 있겠금 상기 안내홈의 축방향 단면형상을 저면홈폭에 비하여 트인부분의 홈폭을 넓게 형성하여 테이퍼형으로 한것을 특징으로 하는 스크롤 유체기계.
- 조정용 엘레멘트는 가용성(可撓性)재료이며 단면이 구형(矩刑)인 것을 특징으로 하는 청구범위 제4 항에 있어서의 스크롤 유체기계.
