Claims (10)

  1. 광 투과 물질의 매트릭스와: 상기 매트릭스내에 평행하게 배열된 주축을 갖는 복수의 침상 결정을 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 다방향성 광 제어필름.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 한쌍의 평면 주 표면을 갖는 시트를 추가로 구비하여, 상기 침상 결정은 표면에 수직인 주축을 따라 배열되는 것을 특징으로 하는 다방향성 광 제어 필름.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 매트릭스는 중합 물질로 된 것을 특징으로 하는 다방향성 광 제어 필름.
  4. 제1항에있어서, 상기 침상결정은 철, 코발트, 감마 산화철, 자철석, 바큠 페라이트 및 크롬 (IV) 디옥시드로 구성된 그룹으로부터 선택되는 것을 특징으로 하는 다방향성 광 제어 필름.
  5. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 침상 결정은 약 5보다 큰 종횡비를 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 다방향성 광 제어 필름.
  6. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 침상 결정은 약 2μ보다 적은 단 직경 및 약 10μ보다 큰 주축을 갖는 것을 특징으로하는 다방향성 광 제어 필름.
  7. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 필름은 약 2내지 약 3mil의 두께를 갖는 시트인 것을 특징으로 하는 다방향성 광 제어 필름.
  8. 제1방향으로부터 입사하는 광은 투과하고 제2방향으로부터 입사하는 광은 비투과하는 최소한 제1영역을 갖는 제1항에 따른 다방향성 광 제어 필름 제조방법에 있어서, 소정 형상의 주형에 불투명한 침상 결정과 응고 가능한 액체의 혼합물을 제공하는 단계와: 성형된 혼합물내에서 제1영역의 상기 침상 결정을 서로 평행으로 배열되도록 설치하는 단계와: 설치된 배열상태로 제1영역의 침상 결정을 고정하기 위해 상기 액체를 응고시키는 단계를 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 다방향성 광 제어 필름 제조방법.
  9. 제8항에 있어서, 상기 침상 결정은 자기물질로부터 형성되며, 상기 설치 단계는 침상 결정의 방위를 맞추도록 침상 결정을 강한 자계에 노출시키는 단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 다방향성 광 제어 필름 제조방법.
  10. 제8항에 있어서, 제2영역의 침상 결정을 서로 평행으로 배열되도록 설치하는 단계와: 상기 설치된 배열상태로 제2영역의 침상 결정을 고정하기 위해 액체를 응고시키는 단계를 추가로 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 다방향성 광 제어 필름 제조방법
