Claims (19)

  1. 고체의 수불성인, 에폭시-활성화된 유기 중합체의 입자에 공유결합에 의해 고정된 풀리-뉴클레오티드포스포릴라제.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 중합체가 에폭시-활성화된 다당체, 폴리(메트) 아크릴레이트, 폴리(메트)아크릴 아미드, 폴리비닐아세테이트 또는 폴리비닐알코올인 폴리뉴클레오티드 포스포릴라제.
  3. 제2항에 있어서, 중합체가 옥시란 아크릴성 단일중합체 또는 공중합체이고 입자의 평균직경이 약 1 내지 1,000㎛이며 입자 공극의 평균직경이 약 0.01 내지 1㎛일 폴리뉴클레오티드 포스포릴라제.
  4. 제3항에 있어서, 입자의 평균 직경이 약 10내지 500㎛이고 입자 공극의 평균직경이 약 0.02 내지 0.5㎛인 폴리뉴클레오티드 포스포릴라제.
  5. 제4항에 있어서, 중합체가 (A) 글리시딜 그룹을 지닌 에틸렌성 불포화 단량체, (B) 2개 이상의 라디칼 중합가능한 이중결합을 지닌 공단량체 및 (C) 라디칼-중합가능한 수용성 공단량체의 공중합체인 폴리뉴클레오티드 포스포릴라제.
  6. 제5항에 있어서, 중합체가 (A)글리시딜 메타크릴레이트 및/또는 알릴 글리시딜 에테르, (B) N.N'-메틸렌-비스-메타크릴아미드 및 (C) 메타크릴아미드의 공중합체인 폴리뉴클레오티드 포스포릴라제.
  7. 제6항에 있어서, 입자의 직경이 약 100 내지 300㎛이고 입자 공극의 직경이 약 0.02 내지 0.2㎛인 폴리뉴클레오티드 포스포릴라제.
  8. 제3항에 있어서, 중합체가 에폭시-활성화된 폴리비닐알코올인 폴리뉴클레오티드 포스포릴라제.
  9. 폴리뉴클레오티드 포스포릴라제를 pH 4내지 6범위에서 수용액중에 고체의 수-불용성인, 에폭시-활성화된 유기 중합체와 반응시킴을 특징으로 하여, 폴리뉴클레오티드 포스포릴라제를 고정시키는 방법.
  10. 제9항에 있어서, 반응을 4-모르폴린에탄설폰산 완충액 중에서 수행하는 방법.
  11. 제10항에 있어서, 중합체가 옥시란 아크릴성 또는 에폭시-활성화된 폴리비닐 알코올이며 입자의 평균 직경이 약 100 내지 300㎛이고 입자 공극의 평균 직경이 약 0.02 내지 0.2㎛인 방법.
  12. 고정된 폴리뉴클레오티드 포스포릴라제 존재하에 폴리리보뉴클레오티드를 뉴클레오시드 디포스페이트로 부터 합성하는 방법에 있어서, 고체의 수-불용성인, 에폭시-활성화된 유기중합체의 입자에 공유결합에 의해 고정된 폴리뉴클레오티드 포스포릴라제를 사용함을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  13. 제12항에 있어서, 중합체가 에폭시-활성화된 다당체, 폴리(메트)아크릴레이트, 폴리(메트)아크릴아미드, 폴리비닐아세테이트 또는 폴리비닐 알코올인 방법.
  14. 제13항에 있어서, 중합체가 옥시란 아크릴성 단일중합체 또는 공중합체이고 입자의 평균직경이 약 1 내지 1,000㎛이며 입자 공극의 평균직경이 약 0.01 내지 1㎛인 방법.
  15. 제14항에 있어서, 입자의 평균 직경이 약 10 내지 500㎛이고 입자 공극의 평균직경이 약 0.02 내지 0.5㎛인 방법.
  16. 제15항에 있어서, 중합체가 (A) 글리시딜 그룹을 지닌 에틸렌성 불포화 단량체, (B) 2개 이상의 라디칼 중합가능한 이중결합을 지닌 공단량체 및 (C) 라디칼-중합가능한 수용성 공단량체의 공중합체인 방법.
  17. 제16항에 있어서, 중합체가 (A)글리시딜 메타크릴레이트 및/또는 알릴 글리시딜 에테르, (B) N,N'-메틸렌-비스-메타크릴아미드 및 (C) 메타크릴 아미드의 공중합체인 방법.
  18. 제17항에 있어서, 입자의 직경이 약 100 내지 300㎛이고 입자의 공극 직경이 약 0.02 내지 0.2㎛인 방법.
  19. 고정된 폴리뉴클레오티드 포스포릴라제 존재하에 폴리뉴클레오티드의 탈인산화에 의해 리보뉴클레오시드 디포스페이트를 생성시키는 방법에 있어서, 고체의 수-불용성인, 에폭시-활성화된 유기 중합체의 입자에 공유결합에 의해 고정된 폴리뉴클레오티드 포스포릴라제를 사용함을 특징으로 하는 방법.
