Claims (1)
- 일반식(Ⅰ)의 γ-케토-δ-아미노산 유도체의 거울 이성체 선택 제조방법에 있어서,상기식에서, R1은 아미노 보호기 또는 H이고, R2는 임의적으로 -OH, -COOH, -CONH2또는 -NH2에 의해 단일 또는 이치환될 수 있는 또는 CH2그룹이 임의로 -S-에 의해 대치될 수 있는 탄소수 1 내지 5을 가지는 알킬기, 비치환 또는 탄소수 1 내지 5를 함유하는 알킬 또는 알콕시, 할로켄, 히드록시 또는 아미노에 의해 다일 치환 또는 다치환된 페닐 또는 시클로헥실, 또는 페닐알킬 또는 시클로헥실알킬, 또는 Het-알킬이고, 여기서, Het는 질소수 1 내지 4를 가지는 포화 또는 불포화된 5- 또는 6원 헤테로시클릭 라디칼이고 이것은 벤젠고리와 융합될 수 있고, 그리고 알킬은 탄소수 1 내지 5를 가지는 알킬렌 그룹이며, 그리고 R3과 R4는 각기 독립적으로 H 또는 탄소수 1 내지 5를 가지는 알킬이고, 일반식 (Ⅱ)의 화합물을 트리알킬클로로실란을 사용하여일반식(Ⅲ)의 화합물로 전환하고일반식(Ⅲ)이 화합물을 이어서 일반식 N2CH2COOR4(R4≠H)의 디아조아세테이트와 반응시켜 일반식(Ⅳ)의 시클로프로판 화하물을 만들고그리고 일반식(Ⅳ)의 화합물을 고리 개환 그리고 실릴 그룹의 제거 그리고 적절한 경우 검화에 의해 일반식(Ⅰ)의 화합물로 전환시키는 것을 특징으로 하는, 일반식(Ⅱ) 내지 (Ⅳ)의 R1, R2, R3및 R4그룹은 가히 표시한 뜻을 가지며 그리고 R5은 탄소수 1 내지 5를 가지는 알킬 그룹인 일반식(Ⅰ)의 γ-케토-δ-아미노산 유도체의 거울 이성체 선택 제조방법.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
