Claims (1)

  1. 일반식(Ⅰ)의 γ-케토-δ-아미노산 유도체의 거울 이성체 선택 제조방법에 있어서,
    상기식에서, R1은 아미노 보호기 또는 H이고, R2는 임의적으로 -OH, -COOH, -CONH2또는 -NH2에 의해 단일 또는 이치환될 수 있는 또는 CH2그룹이 임의로 -S-에 의해 대치될 수 있는 탄소수 1 내지 5을 가지는 알킬기, 비치환 또는 탄소수 1 내지 5를 함유하는 알킬 또는 알콕시, 할로켄, 히드록시 또는 아미노에 의해 다일 치환 또는 다치환된 페닐 또는 시클로헥실, 또는 페닐알킬 또는 시클로헥실알킬, 또는 Het-알킬이고, 여기서, Het는 질소수 1 내지 4를 가지는 포화 또는 불포화된 5- 또는 6원 헤테로시클릭 라디칼이고 이것은 벤젠고리와 융합될 수 있고, 그리고 알킬은 탄소수 1 내지 5를 가지는 알킬렌 그룹이며, 그리고 R3과 R4는 각기 독립적으로 H 또는 탄소수 1 내지 5를 가지는 알킬이고, 일반식 (Ⅱ)의 화합물을 트리알킬클로로실란을 사용하여
