제1도는 분광 검출기에 관한 발명의 실시예를 나타낸 구성도, 제2도는 폴리머의 분자량 분포 측정 장치에 관한 발명의 실시예를 나타낸 구성도, 제3도 및 제4도는 pps의 용리 곡선을 표시한 도면이다.
Claims (3)
- 셀부에 있는 액체 시험 재료를 투과해온 광을 광 검출부로 수광하고, 이 수광 신호에 의거하여 시험 재료를 분석하는 분자 분포 측정 방법에 있어서, 셀부를 통과하는 시험 재료를, 시험재료가 석출되지 않는 정도까지 가열하고, 셀부 및/ 또는 시험 재료로부터의 온도로 인한 영향을 받지 않는 상태에서 시험 재료를 통과해온 광을 수광하는 것을 특징으로 하는 분자량 분포 측정 방법.
- 액체 시험 재료가 유입되는 셀부와, 적어도 상기 셀부 내부에 있는 시험 재료로부터 발생되는 열로 인한 영향을 받지 않는 정도로 상기 셀부와의 거리를 두고 설치된 분광 검출부와, 이 분광 검출부와 상기 셀부를 광학적으로 접속시키는 광 전달 장치와, 상기 셀부 내부의 시험 재료 온도를 조절하는 장치를 구비한 것을 특징으로 하는 분광 검출기.
- 용리액을 공급하는 장치와 공급된 용리액중에 시험 재료로서 폴리머를 주입하는 장치와, 그 내부에 소정의 충전제가 들어가 있고 상기 폴리머가 포함되어 있는 용리액을 분리시켜 송출하는 칼럼과, 이 칼럼으로부터 보내온 폴리머가 포함되어있는 용리액이 유입되는 셀부와 적어도 상기 셀부에 유입된 폴리머가 포함되어 있는 용리액으로부터 발생된 열로 인한 영향을 받지 않을 정도로 상기 셀부와의 거리를 두고 설치된 분광 검출부와 이 분광 검출부와 상기 셀부를 광학적으로 접속시키는 광전달 장치와 상기 셀부내부의 시험 재료 온도를 조절하는 장치를 구비한 것을 특징으로 하는 폴리머의 분자량 분포 측정 장치.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
