Claims (10)

  1. 프린트 회로 기판(26)에 장착하기 위한 전기 콘넥터로써, 기판 잠금 부재(52)를 수납하기 위한 구멍(36)을 구비하고 상기 구멍(36)은 프린트 회로 기판의 제1주면(86) 및 제 2주면(88) 사이에 형성되고, 콘넥터(10)는 프린트 회로 기판(26)과 맞물리기 위하여 장착면(30)과 같이 일체로 성형된 플랜지(18)를 구비한 비전도성 하우징(12)를 구비하고, 상기 플랜지(18)는 상기 장착면(30)으로부터 그속으로 연장되는 리세스(20)를 구비하고, 기판 잠금 부재(52)가 상기 리세스(20) 속에 배열되고, 상기 기판 잠금 부재(52)는 상기 리세스(20)내에 끼워 맞춤으로 수납되는 몸체부(54)로 구성되고, 상기 몸체부(54)는 그것에 지지되어 뻗어있는 제1레그(64)와 제2레그(66)를 구비하고, 상기 레그(64,66)는 상기 몸체부(54)로부터 이격된 각각의 자유단(68,70)을 향하여 뻗어 있고, 각각의 상기 레그(64,66)는 상기 몸체부(54)와 상기 자유단(68,70)사이에 분기면(72,74)을 구비하고, 상기 분기면(72,74)은 상기 축(58)에서 상기 몸체부(54)로부터 상기 자유단(68,70)을 향하는 방향으로 분기되는 전기 콘넥터(10)에 있어서, 상기 제1레그의 분기면(72)의 적어도 한 부분은 상기 제2레그의 분기면(74)으로부터 축방향으로 변위되어 있어서, 상기 제1레그(64)의 분기면(72)과 상기 제2레그의 분기면(74)은 축방향 범위내에서 오버랩되고, 따라서 수용될 수 있는 프린트 회로 기판의 두께의 범위가 확장되는 것을 특징으로 하는 전기 콘넥터.
  2. 제 1 항에 있어서, 제 1 레그(64)의 분기면(72)이 상기 축 (58)과 관련하여 형성하는 각도가 상기 제2레그(66)의 분기면(74)이 상기 축에 대하여 형성하는 각도와는 상이함으로써 상기 제1레그(64)의 분기면(72)이 상기 제 2레그의 분기면(74)으로부터 축방향으로 변위되는 것을 특징으로 하는 전기 콘넥터.
  3. 제 1 항에 있어서, 기판 잠금 부재(52)는 한 쌍의 제 1 레그를 구비하고, 상기 제 1 레그의 쌍의 분기면(72)은 제 2 레그의 쌍의 분기면(74)의 축방향 범위에 있어서 오프셋(offset)되고 오버랩되는 것을 특징으로 하는 전기 콘넥터.
  4. 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 레그(64,66)가 상기 분기면(72,74)과 상기 자유단(68,70)사이의 집중면(76,68)을 구비하고, 상기 집중면(76,78)은 상기의 몸체로부터 자유단(68,70)을 향하는 방향으로 상기 축(58)을 향하여 집중하는 것을 특징으로 하는 전기 콘넥터.
  5. 제 1 항에 있어서, 통합형 플랜지(18)는 장착면(30)에 대향하는 홀딩면(32)을 특징으로 하고, 상기 리세스(20)는 상기 장착면(30)과 상기 홀딩면(32)사이에 성형된 구멍(36)으로 구성되는 전기 콘넥터.
  6. 제 5 항에 있어서, 몸체부(54)은 상기 축으로부터 방사형으로 연장되는 플랜지 수단(84)을 특징으로 하고, 상기 플랜지 수단(84)은 상기 홀딩면(32)과 맞물리게 되는 전기 콘넥터.
  7. 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 몸체부(54)는 상기축으로부터 방사형으로 외향 연장되는 탭(56)을 특징으로 하고, 상기 탭(56)은 상기 리세스에서 하우징과 맞물리고, 따라서 더욱 끼워 맞춤을 제공하게 되는 전기 콘넥터.
  8. 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 분기면(72,74)의 하나의 돌기(74)에 의하여 성형되는 상기 기판 잠금 부재(52)의 축에 대한 각도가 50도에서 60도의 범위인 것을 특징으로 하는 전기 콘넥터.
  9. 전기 콘넥터(10)를 기판 잠금 부재(52)의 일부분을 수납하기 위한 구멍(36)을 구비한 프린트 회로 기판에 고정하기 위한 기판 잠금 부재로써, 상기 구멍(36)은 프린트 회로 기판(26)의 제1주면과 제2주면(86,88) 사이에서 성형되고, 상기 콘넥터(10)은 프린트 회로 기판(26)에 맞물리기 위한 장착면(30)을 구비한 플랜지(18)아 같이 하우징(12)과 상기 장착면(30)으로부터 상기 플랜지(18) 속으로 연장되는 리세스(20), 그리고 축(58)을 가지고 상기 콘넥터의 플랜지(18)의 리세스(20)속으로 수납되도록 되어 있는 몸체(54)로 구성되는 기판 잠금 부재(54)를 구비하고, 상기 몸체부(54)는 그것으로부터 지지되어 연장되고, 제1레그(64)와 제2레그(66)를 구비하고, 상기 레그(64,66)는 상기 몸체부(54)로부터 이격된 각각의 자유단(68,70)을 향하여 연장되고, 상기 자유단(68,70)은 회로 기판 구멍(36)속에 위치하기 위하여 콘넥터 하우징(12)을 지나 프린트 회로 기판(26)의 제1주면으로부터 연장되도록 되어 있으며, 각각의 레그(64,66)는 상기 몸체부(54)와 자유단(68,70)사이에 분기면(72,74)을 구비하고, 상기 분기면(72,74)은 상기 몸체부(54)로부터 자유단(68,70)을 향하는 방향으로 축으로부터 분기되는 기판 잠금 부재(52)에 있어서, 상기 제1레그(64)의 분기면(72)의 적어도 한 부분은 상기 제2레그(66)의 분기면(74)으로부터 축방향으로 변위되고, 상기 레그(64,66)의 분기면(72,74)은 상기 장착면(30)이 제1주면(86)과 맞닿으면, 회로 기판 구멍(36)을 관통하여 회로 기판 구멍(36)의 외주에서 제2주면(88)과 맞물리는 것을 특징으로 하는 기판 잠금 부재.
  10. 제 9 항에 있어서, 제1레그(64)의 분기면(72)이 상기 제2레그(66)의 분기면(74)으로부터 축방향으로 변위되어 있는 것은, 상기 제1레그(64)의 분기면(72)이 축(58)에 대하여 형성하는 각도가 상기 제2레그(66)의 분기면(74)이 상기 축(58)에 대하여 형성하는 각도와는 상이함으로써 변위되는 것을 특징으로 하는 기판 잠금 부재.
