Claims (5)

  1. 대물렌즈를 포함한 가동부분을, 상기 대물렌즈의 광축에 직교하는 평면위에서 가요성을 갖는 부재를 받침점으로 하여 회전시키는 대물렌즈 구동장치에 있어서, 대물렌즈(1)를 지지하는 가동부재(2, 11)와, 상기 가동부재를 지지하는 베이스 부재(4, 12)와, 상기 가동부재와 상기 베이스 부재를 접속하여 가요성을 갖는 재료로 형성되는 힌지부(16)와, 상기 힌지부재를 통하는 회전축선을 중심으로하여 상기 가동부재를 상기 베이스 부재에 대해서 상대적으로 회전시키는 회전수단(65, 66, 81, 82, 83, 84)을 구비하고, 상기 힌지부재를 통하여 상기 회전축선을 상기 가동부재의 중심위치 및 상기 가동부재의 관성 모멘트의 균형이 잡힌 위치를 통과하는 것을 특징으로 하는 대물렌즈 구동장치.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 회전수단은 상기 가동부재를 상기 회전 방향으로 구동하는 전자석 코일(81, 82, 83, 84)과 자기 회로수단(65, 66)으로 형성되는 자기 구동부를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 대물렌즈 구동장치.
  3. 제2항에 있어서, 상기 자기 구동부는 상기 회전축선에 관해서 거의 대칭인 위치에 설치된 것을 특징으로 하는 대물렌즈 구동장치.
  4. 제3항에 있어서, 상기 전자석 코일은 상기 가동부에 설치된 코일(81, 82, 83, 84)을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 대물렌즈 구동장치.
  5. 제4항에 있어서, 상기 자기 회로수단은 상기 코일에 설치된 마그네트(65, 66)를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 대물렌즈 구동장치.
