Claims (12)

  1. 하기 a) 내지 d)를 포함하는 자력-접착성 강화 재료 : a) UV-투과성 플라스틱 필름, b) 상기 필름에 적용되어 있으며, 아크릴레이트로부분 개조된 에폭시 수지가 함침된 직물, c) 필름 a)와 마주보지 않는 면위에서 상기 직물에 피복되어 있는, 아크릴레이트로 부분 개조된 에폭시 수지층(상기 수지 b)와 c)는 UV-조사(照射)를 했을 때 가열에 의하여 더 경화될 수 있는 겔화된 상태로 까지 전환될수 있으며, 열활성화성 경화제 성분을 함유한다). d) 필름 a)와 반대편쪽에 적용된 박리지.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 에폭시 수지가 에폭시 수지의 총량을 기준으로 1 내지 20몰%까지 아크릴레이트로 부분 개조된 자력-접착성 강화 재료.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, b)와 c)의 수지가 서로 같은 자력-접착성 강화 재료.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 에폭시 수지 c)가 충전제도 함유하는 자력-접착성 강화 재료.
  5. 제1항에 있어서, 층 c)가 0.3 내지 10mm의 두께를 갖는 자력-접착성 강화 재료.
  6. 제1항에 있어서, 에폭시 수지용 열활성화성 경화제성분이 디시안디아미드인 자력-접착성 강화 재료.
  7. 제1항에 있어서, 저온 흐름 지수가 1.5이하의 값을 자력-접착성 강화 재료.
  8. 제1항에 있어서, 필름 a)가 폴리에틸렌, 폴리프로필렌, 폴리아미드 또는 폴리에틸렌 테레프탈레이트 필름인 자력-접착성 강화 재료.
  9. 제1항에 있어서, 직물이 유리, 탄소 또는 방향족 폴리아미드 섬유로 구성되는 자력-접착성 강화 재료.
  10. 하기 단계들을 포함하는, 제1항에 따른 자력-접착성 강화 재료의 제조방법 :
    ⅰ) 직물을 광중합 촉매 및 열활성화성 경화제가 함유된 부분 아크릴레이트-개조 에폭시 수지에 침지시킴으로써 함침시키고 과잉량의 수지를 제거하며, ⅱ) 함침된 직물의 한쪽면에 UV-투과성 플라스틱 필름을 적용하여, 상기 필름이 직물의 아래쪽에 오도록 하고, ⅲ) 에폭시 수지용 열활성화성 경화제 및 광중합 촉매를 함유하는 부분 아크릴레이트-개조 에폭시수지층을 직물의 윗쪽면에 적용하고, ⅳ) 아크릴레이트기의 광중합에 의해 아크릴레이트-개조 에폭시 수지를 겔화시키기 위하여, 함침 및 피복된 직물의 양쪽면을 노출시키고 (노출은 UV를 사용하여 실시하며, UV-투과성 필름을 아래쪽으로 부터 노출시킨다.) ⅴ) 필름과 반대쪽을 향해 있는 면에 다 박리지를 적용한다.
  11. 제10항에 있어서, 직물을 함침욕을 통해 연속적으로 주행시킨후 그 밑으로 필름을 공급하며 수지층은 위쪽으로 적용하고, 이로써 생성된 함침 및 피복된 직물을 필름과 더불어 조사 장치에 주입하고, 수지를 겔화시킨후 박리지를 연속적으로 적용하며, 직물은 견인력에 의하여 제품이 나오는 쪽으로 이동되는 연속식 공정인 방법.
  12. 제1항에 있어서, 자력-경화성 강화재료를 금속판에다 적용시키고 강화 재료를 경화시킴으로써 금속판을 강화시키는 방법.
