제1도는 A-측과 B-측 케이스부가 서로 분리되어 A-측의 내부와 B측의 외부를 도시하는 본 발명에 따른 케이스 조립체의 사시도,
제2도는B-측 케이스부의 내부와A-측 케이스부의 외부를 도시하는 제1도의 케이스 조립체의 사시도,
제3도는 A-측 케이스 내부와 그와 관련된 덮개와 활주부재와 잠금부재의 일부를 도시한 분해 사시도.

Claims (7)

  1. 각기 케이스 조립체내에 배치된 광학디스크에 광학식 접근이 가능하도록 하는 윈도우를 구비하며 광학디스크를 담기 위해 협동하도록 배치된 제1및 제2케이스부, 금속으로 성형되고 각기 제1 및 제2케이스부상에 활주가능하게 장착되며 각기 관련 케이스부의 윈도우를 덮는 폐쇄위치와 관련 케이스부의 윈도우를 통하여 광학식 접근이 가능한 개방위치사이를 활주이동 하도록 장착된 제1및 제2덮개, 및 플라스틱재로 성형되고 각기 제1및 제2케이스 부상에 활주이동용으로 장착되며 각기 관련 케이스부의 덮개에 의해 일정위치로 유지되고 제1 및 제2덮개와 함께 이동하도록 배치된 제1 및 제2활주부재로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 광학디스크용 케이스 조립체.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 제1활주부재는 탭에서 종료되는 연질스트랩을구비하고, 상기 연질스트랩은 제1및 제1케이스부의 내측에 성형된 홈내에 장착되어 그 외주둘레에 부분적으로 연장되며, 상기 탭은 제1및 제2케이스부의 외주부에 형성된 슬릿을 통하여 돌출하는 것을 특징으로 하는 케이스 조립체.
  3. 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 덮개를 폐쇄위치로 탄력지지하는 수단을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 케이스 조립체.
  4. 제2항에 있어서, 제1케이스부상의 케이스조립체 내부에 선회 가능하게 장착되고 헤드와 잠금이빨이 제공된 잠금레버, 및 잠금레버를 잠금위치로 탄력지지하는 탄력지지수단이 추가로 제공되고, 상기 잠금레버는 잠금위치에 있을때 잠금레버의 헤드가 케이스조립체의 외주내의 개구부를 통하여 돌출하고 잠금레버의 잘금이빨은 제1활주부재상에 제공된 상호 보충형상의 잠금이빨과 맞물리도록 배치되는 것을 특징으로 하는 케이스 조립체.
  5. 제4항에 있어서, 상기 탄력지지수단은 일단부가 제1 활주부재에 고정되고 타단부는 잠금레버에 고정된 스프링을 구비하고, 상기 스프링은 잠금레버를 잠금위치로 탄력지지함과 동시에 제1덮개와 함께 제1활주부재를 폐쇄 위치로 탄력지지하도록 배치되는 것을 특징으로 하는 케이스 조립체.
  6. 제4항 또는 제5항에 있어서, 잠금레버는 제1케이스부 상에 성형된 스핀들상에 선회가능하게 장착되고, 제1활주부재에는 웨브가 제공되고 잠금레버에는 돌출부가 제공되며, 상기 웨브 및 돌출부는 잠금레버를 제1케이스부상에 고정하도록 서로 미끄럼 맞물림되는 것을 특징으로 하는 케이스 조립체.
  7. 제4항 또는 제5항에 있어서. 제1활주부재는 탭을 구비하고 잠금레버는 캡표면을 구비하고, 제1덮개와 함께 제1활주부재가 그 개방위치에서 폐쇄위치로 귀환할 때 상기 탭이 상기 캠표면에 맞물림으로서 잠금레버의 헤드가 그 개구부에서 후퇴하게 되는 것을 특징으로 하는 케이스 조립체.
