Claims (17)

  1. A)부타디엔, 극성의 에틸렌성 불포화 공단량체를 근거로 하는 액체 공중합체 또는 부타디엔, 극성의 에틸렌성 불포화 공단량체 및 또 다른 에틸렌성 불포화 공단량체를 근거로하는 액체 공중합체, 또는 에폭시 지향 반응성이 상기 공중합체의 말단기를 통한 에폭시 수지와 액체 공중합체의 부가 생성물 및, B)하기 일반식(I)의 화합물을 함유하는 액체 조성물 :
    상기식에서, m은 2 내지 6이고, R1은 말단 이소시아네이트, 아미노 또는 히드록시기를 제거한 후에 에폭시 수지에 가용성 또는 분산성인 탄성중합체성 선중합체의 m가 라디칼이고, x가 0- 또는 -NR2-이고, R2가 수소, C1-C6알킬 또는 페닐이고, Y가 -0-이고, R3가 하나의 히드록시기 제거후 지방족 또는 시클로지방족 메르캅토알코올의 라디칼 또는 모노페놀의 라디칼이고, 또는 Y 및 R3는 함께 N원자를 통해 카르보닐기에 결합된 지방족 락탐의 라디칼을 형성하고, 단 -X-기 또는 -Y-R3기중 적어도 하나는 질소 원자를 함유한다.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 액체 공중합체가 에폭시 수지 지향 반응성 말단기를 포함하는 조성물.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 성분 A)가 액체 부타디엔-아크릴로니트릴 공중합체인 조성물.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 성분 A)가 에폭시 수지 지향 반응성 작용기를 갖는 부타디엔-아크릴로니트릴 공중합체와 에폭시 수지의 부가 생성물로서 사용되는 생성물.
  5. 제1항에 있어서, -Y-R3가 하기 일반식(V), (VI), (VII) 또는 (VIII)의 라디칼인 조성물.
    상기식에서, R7은 -C1-C20알킬, C1-C20알콕시, C2-C20알켄일, C2-C6알킨일, -CO-OR8또는 할로겐이고, n은 0, 1 또는 2이고, Z는 -CR9R10-, -O-, -S-, -SO2-, -CO-, -COO-, -CONR11- 및 SiR12R13-으로 부터 선택된 가교 결합 또는 직접 C-C결합이고, R9, R10및 R11은 탄소원자와 함께 통상 C5-C12의 시클로지방족 라디칼을 형성하고, R8은 C1-C20알킬이고, 그리고 R12및 R13은 C1-C6알킬이고, p는 3 내지 5이고, R14는 5 내지 7의 고리탄소원자를 갖는 시클로알킬렌 또는 C2-C12알킬렌이다.
  6. 제1항에 있어서, X가 -NH-이고 Y가 -0-인 조성물.
  7. 제1항에 있어서, 성분 B)가 a) a1)이 폴리이소시아네이트와 선중합체를 폴리히드록시 또는 폴리술프히드릴 화합물 또는 이런 화합물의 혼합물과의 부가 생성물이거나 또는 폴리이소시아네이트와 선중합체 폴리히드록시 또는 폴리술프히드릴 화합물 또는 사슬연장제와 조합된 이들 화합물의 혼합물과의 부가 생성물이고, a2)가 선중합체 폴리에테르 아민으로부터 유도된 선중합체 폴리이소시아네이트를, b) 적어도 하나의 모노 페놀과 반응시킴으로써 얻어질 수 일반식(I)의 화합물인 조성물.
  8. 제1항에 있어서, 성분 a1)의 제조를 위한 합성 성분이 히드록시 종결된 폴리에테르인 조성물.
  9. 제7항에 있어서, 성분 a1)의 제조를 위한 합성 성분이 히드록시 종결된 폴리부타디엔 및 히드록시-종결된 폴리알킬렌 글리콜 또는 히드록시종결된 폴리부타디엔 및 히드록시-종결된 폴리알킬렌 글리콜 또는 히드록시 종결된 폴리알킬렌 글리콜과 그라프트된 1-올레핀과의 혼합물인 조성물.
  10. 제7항에 있어서, 성분 b)가 모노페놀과 소량의 비스페놀과의 혼합물인 조성물.
  11. 제1항에 있어서, 성분 b)로서 하기 일반식(IX)의 화합물을 포함하는 조성물.
    상기식에서, R15는 페놀성 히드록시기를 제거한 후의 모노페놀 라디칼이고, r은 1 내지 3의 정수이며, R16은 이소시아네이트를 제거한 후에 지방족, 고리형지방족, 방향족 또는 방향성 지방족 폴리이소시아네이트의 r+1가 라디칼이고, 그리고 R17는 말단 OH기를 제거한 후에 m-가 히드록시-종력된 폴리에스테르 또는 폴리에테르 라디칼이며, 단 라디칼 R15및 R16은 주어진 분자내에서 다를 수 있다.
  12. 제11항에 있어서, m이 2 또는 3이고, r이 1이고, -O-R15가 제4항에 따른 일반식(V)의 라디칼이고, R16이 지방족 또는 고리형지방족 디이소시아네이트로부터 유도되고, 그리고 R17이 말단 히드록시기를 제거한 후에 150 내지 3,000의 분자량을 가지는 폴리알킬렌에테르 글리콜의 2가 또는 3가 라디칼인 조성물.
  13. 제7항에 있어서, 성분 B)가 a1)동등한 량의 디이소시아네이트와, 디히드록시-종결 또는 트리히드록시-종결된 폴리에테르 또는 폴리에스테르와 그리고 히드록시-종결된 선중합체에 대해 1몰%이하의 짧은 사슬 디올 또는 트리올의 혼합물로부터 형성된 부가생성물을 b)NCO량과 같은 양의 모노페놀을 반응시켜 얻어질 수 있는 조성물.
  14. 제1항에 있어서, 성분 B)로서 하기 일반식(XI)의 화합물을 포함하는 조성물 :
    상기식에서, R15및 m은 제10항에서 정의와 같으며, t는 0 또는 1이고, R18는 이소시아네이트 기를 제거한 후에 지방족, 고리형지방족, 방향족 또는 방향성지방족 디이소시아네이트의 2가 라디칼이며, 그리고 R19은 말단 NH2기를 제거한 후에 아미노-종결된 폴리알킬렌 에테르의 m-가 라디칼이다.
  15. 제1항에 따른 성분 A) 및 B) 그리고, C)분자당 2이상의 1,2-에폭시드기를 갖는 에폭시 수지를 함유하거나 또는 성분 B)뿐만 아니라 성분 A)와 에폭시 수지의 부가 생성물을 함유하거나, 또는 성분 A)와 에폭시 수지, 성분 B)와 성분 C)의 부가 생성물을 함유하거나 또는 성분 A) 그리고 유리 메르캅토 말단기 함유 성분 B)와 에폭시 수지와의 부가 생성물을 함유하거나 성분 A), 성분 A), 유리 메르캅토 말단기 함유 성분 B)와 에폭시 수지 및 성분 C)와의 부가 생성물을 함유하거나 또는 성분 A)와 에폭시 수지의 부가 생성물, 유리 메르캅토 말단기 함유 성분 B)와 에폭시 수지의 부가 생성물을 함유하거나 또는 성분 A)와 에폭시 수지의 부가 생성물, 유리 메르캅토 말단기 함유 성분 B) 및 에폭시 수지 및 성분 C)의 부가 생성물을 함유하는 조성물.
  16. 제15항에 있어서, 성분 C)가 비스페놀, 노블락 또는 지방족 디올의 폴리글리시딜 에테르이거나, 또는 비스페놀 A와 글리시딜화 지방족 디올의 부가 생성물인 조성물.
  17. 실온 또는 승온에서 활성인 경화제 D)에 의해 또는 촉진제 E)와 혼합된 에폭시 경화제 D)에 의해 제15항에 따른 조성물을 경화하는 것을 특징으로 하는 가교 생성물의 제조 방법.
