호올 효과형 센서장치
본 내용은 요부공개 건이므로 전문내용을 수록하지 않았음
제1도는 제2도의 I-I 선에 있어서 본 발명의 한 실시예에 의한 호울 효과형 센서장치를 나타내는 단면도,
제2도는 제1도의 II-II선에 있어서의 측단면도,
제3도는 본 발명의 다른 실시예에 의한 호울 효과형 센서 장치를 나타내는 분해 사시도.

Claims (2)

  1. 기판과 이 기판상에 설치된 혼성 집적 회로로 형성되고 자속의 변화를 전기 신호로 변환하는 호울 IC, 위치결정부를 가지고 상기 호울 IC를 위치 결정부에 당접시켜 수용하는 수용부가 설치된 프레임, 상기 위치 결정부에 당접된 호울 IC를 상기 위치 결정부의 방향으로 압압하는 탄성부재, 상기 프레임으로 보유되고 상기 호울 lC에 대하여 자속을 작용시키는 마그네트를 갖추어 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 호울 효과형 센서장치.
  2. 기판과 이 기판상에 설치된 혼성 직접 회로로 형성되고 자속의 변화를 전기 신호로 변환하는 호울 IC, 위치 결정 수단을 가져 이 호울 IC를 소청 위치에 계지하는 플레이트, 이들 호울 IC 및 플레이트를 소정 위치에 수용하는 수용부를 가지는 프레임, 상기 수용부에 충전된 충전재를 갖추어 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 호울 효과형 센서장치.
