제1도는 하기 조성(Ⅰ) 및 (Ⅱ)의 바륨 페라이트의 온도-의존성 보자력(iHc)의 곡선을 도시한 것이다.
Claims (7)
- 하기 일반식의 조성으로 표시되고, 20내지 100℃범위에서 -320내지 O A/m/℃의 온도의 존성보자력(iHC)을 갖는 미분된 자기 헥사페라이트.M(Ⅰ)xM(Ⅱ)yM(Ⅲ)zFe12-(y+z)0 19상기식에서, X는 0.5내지 1.3이고, y는 0.0 내지 1.5이고, Z는 0.0내지 1.5이며, 단, y및 Z의 합은 0.1내지 3이며, X,Y 및 Z의 합은 1.0이상이고 M(Ⅰ)은 바륨, 스트론튬, 납 또는 칼슘이고, M(Ⅱ)은 티탄, 지르코늄, 하프놈, 바나듐, 니오븀, 탄탈 몰리브덴, 텅스텐 또는 안티몬이고, M(Ⅲ)은 코발트, 아연 또는 망간이다.
- 제1항에 있어서, M(Ⅱ)이 몰리브덴이고, M(Ⅲ)은 코발트인 미분된 자기 헥사페라이트.
- 제1항에 있어서, M(Ⅱ)이 바나듐이고, M(Ⅲ)은 코발트인 미분된 자기 헥사페라이트.
- 제1항에 있어서, M(Ⅱ)이 안티몬이고, M(Ⅲ)은 아연인 미분된 자기 헥사페라이트.
- 제1항에 있어서, M(Ⅱ)이 티탄이고, M(Ⅲ)은 망간인 미분된 자기 헥사페라이트.
- 제1항에 따른 미분된 자기 헥사페라이트를 포함함을 특징으로 하는 자기 마아킹(Marking).
- 제1항에 따른 미분된 자기 헥사페라이트를 프함함을 특징으로 하는 자기 기록 물질.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
