제1도는 실험식(Ⅰ)의 조성을 갖는 바륨 페라이트에 대한 온도의 존성 및 실험식(Ⅱ)의 조성을 갖는 바륨 페라이트의 iHc의 온도의존성의 따른 보자력의 변화도이다.
Claims (4)
- 20내지 100℃의 범위에서 보자력(iHc)의 온도의존성이 -80지 내지 84A/m/K인 일반식(Ⅰ)의 조성을 갖는 미분쇄된 마그네틱 헥사페라이트.상기식에서, x는 0.5이상 1.3이하이고, y+z는 0.1이상 3이하이며, X++y+z는 1.0이상이며, y및 z는 0.0이상 1.5이하이며, M(Ⅰ)은 Ba, Sr, Pb또는 Ca를 나타내며, M(Ⅱ)는 Ti, Zr, Hf, V, Nb, Ta 또는 Sn를 나타낸다.
- 제1항에 있어서, 온도의존성이 -20내지 20a/m/K인 미분쇄된 마그네틱 헥사페라이트.
- 제1항에 따르는 미분쇄된 마그네틱 헥사페라이트를 함유하는 지폐 및 마그네틱 표식물.
- 제1항에 따르는 미분쇄된 마그네틱 헥사페라이트를 함유하는 자기녹음 물질.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
