Claims (4)
- 주로 결정 RF2Fe17로 구성되는 자석상을 포함하는 자석 재료에 있어서, 치환형 C는 실온에서 단축 자석 비등방성을 가진 자석 재료를 제공하는데 충분히 큰 양으로 자석상에 용해되고, RE는 희귀금속 Sm의 최소한 70원자%로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 자석 재료.
- 제1항에 있어서, 단단한 자석상의 화합물은 0.5〈X〈3.0을 가진 식 RE2Fe17Cx와 일치하는 것을 특징으로 하는 자석 재료.
- 상술된 항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 자석상으로부터 Fe의 최대 20%는 Co로 치환되는 것을 특징으로 하는 자석 재료.
- 상술된 항중 어느 한 항에서 청구된 바와 같은 자석 재료를 포함하는 영구자석.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
