EN LAS SUSTANCIAS ACTIVAS NUCLEARES MAGNETICAS, UTILIZADAS EN UN CONECTOR DE SEGURIDAD DE UNA CORRIENTE DERIVADA, SE PRODUCE UNA ALTA CONSTANCIA DE PROPIEDADES MAGNETICAS EN TODA LA GAMA DE TEMPERATURAS DE APLICACION, DESDE 25 GRADOS C. HASTA +80 GRADOS C. EN LAS SUSTANCIAS ACTIVAS CONOCIDAS DE NUCLEO MAGNETICO, QUE CONTIENEN UN ALTO PORCENTAJE DE NIQUEL DEL TIPO PERMALLOY, SE REQUIERE UN RECOCIDO ISOTERMICO ESPECIAL, ADICIONAL. ESTO SE PRODUCE CUANDO SE UTILIZA COMO SUSTANCIA ACTIVA DE NUCLEO MAGNETICO UNA ALEACION BASICA CON UN CONTENIDO DE HIERRO DE MAS DEL 60 % , CUYA TEXTURA ESTA INTEGRADA CON MAS DEL 50 % DE GRANOS DE CRISTAL FINO CON UN TAMAÑO DE LOS NUCLEOS DE MENOS DE 100 NM. Y MUESTRA UNA INDUCCION DE SATURACION DE MAS DE 1,1 T,ASI COMO UNA RELACION DE REMANENCIA DE MENOS DEL 0,7.
