제1도는 코아 필라멘트/인조 시드(sheath)구조를 가진 코아스판야안(corespun yarn)단편의 높은 배율의 확대도,
제2도는 바람직하지 못한 주름 모양 및 반복하여 세탁한 후 생긴 일정하지 않은 고리를 나타내는 코아스판야안으로 만든 세틴직(sateen weave)구조를 가진 처리하지 않는 직물의 사시도,
제3도는 주름이나 수축에 대한 직물의 내성을 나타내는 본 발명에 따라 처리한 제2도의 직물의 사시도.
제4도는 세틴직 구조를 나타내는 제3도에서 4로 판정되는 처리한 직물의 확대도.
제5도는 바람직하지 않은 주름 및 일정하지 않은 고리를 형성하는 야안의 전위를 나타내는 제2도에서 5로 판정되는 처리하지 않는 직물의 야안의 확대도.

Claims (14)

  1. 방염성 필라멘트로 된 코아 인조섬유로 된 시드를 가지는 것을 특징으로 하는 코아스판야안 및 직물이 주름 및 수축 내성을 갖도록 직물에 사용한 경화한 가교 조성물로 만든 직물에 있어서, 상기 조성물이 상기 코아 필라멘트에 친화력을 가진 첫 번째 가교성 수지 및 상기 시드섬유와 상기 첫번째 가교성 수지에 친화력을 가진 두번째 가교성 수지를 포함하는 직물.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 방염성 필라멘트가 유리, 금속, 실리카, 세라믹, 브라 R, 노멕스 R 및 폴리벤지미다졸 섬유 중에서 선택한 섬유를 포함하고 상기 인조섬유가 면, 레이온, 모, 나일론, 아크릴, 모드아크릴, 폴리에스테르, 아세테이트 섬유 및 그것의 혼합물 중에서 선택한 섬유로 포함하는 직물.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 가교조성물은 무게당 약 1 내지 17퍼센트의 상기 첫번째 가교성 수지 및 무게당 1 내지 17퍼센트의 상기 두번째 가교성수지를 포함하는 직물.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 첫번째 가교성 수지가 3 내지 10개의 탄소원자를 가지는 알파, 베타부위를 에틸렌적으로 불포화시킨 카르복실산의 N-알킬을 아미드를 포함하는 잠재성 가교 혼성단량체의 존재하에서 하나 이상의 에틸렌적으로 불포화시킨 단량체를 유화 중합하여 만든 수성 자기 가교혼성중합체를 포함하고 상기 두번째 가교성 수지가 매틸을 유도체 수지인 직물.
  5. 제4항에 있어서, 상기 에틸렌적으로 불포화된 단량체는 알킬 아크릴레이트, 알킬 메타그릴레이트, 아크릴로니트릴, 아크릴아미드, 스틸렌 및 비닐 아세테이트 중에서 선택한 직물.
  6. 제4항에 있어서, 상기 수성 자기가교 혼성중합체는 부틸 아클리레이트/메틸 메타크릴레이트/n-메틸올아크릴아미드 혼성중합체이고 상기 메틸을 유도체는 디메틸을 디히드록시에틸렌 우레아인 직물.
  7. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 직물이 섬유유리 필라멘트 코아와 인조면 섬유시드를 가진 날실과 씨실로 섞어 짠 코아스판야안으로 된 편직물 및 직물이 주름 및 수축에 내성을 갖도록 직물의 날실과 씨실에 사용한 경화한 가굘 조성물이되, 상기 조성물이 상기 섬유유리 필라멘트코아에 친화력을 갖는 3 내지 10개의 탄소원자를 가진 알파, 베타 부위를 에틸렌적으로 불포화시킨 카르복실산의 N-알킬로아미드를 포함하는 잠재성 가교혼성단량체의 존재하에서 하나 이상의 에틸렌적으로 불포화 시킨 단량체를 유량 중합하여 만든 수성 자기 가교 혼성 중합체 및 상기 인조 면 섬유 시드롸 상기 수성 자기 가교 혼성중합체에 친화력을 갖는 메틸을 유도체 수지를 포함하는 직물.
  8. 제7항에 있어서, 상기 가교조성물은 무게당 약 1 내지 17퍼센트의 상기 수성 자기가교 혼성중합체 및 무게당 약 1 내지 17퍼센트의 상기 메틸을 유도체 수지를 포함하는 직물.
  9. 제7항에 있어서, 상기 에틸렌적으로 불포화된 단량체는 알킬 아크릴레이트, 알킬 메타아크릴레이트, 아크릴로니트릴, 아크릴아미드, 스틸렌 및 비닐 아세테이트 중에서 선택한 직물.
  10. 제7항에 있어서, 상기 수성 자기기교 혼성중합체가 부틸 아클리레이트/메틸 메타클리레이트/n-메틸올아클리아미드이고, 상기 메틸을 유도체 수지는 디메틸을 디히드록시에틸렌 우레아인 직물.
  11. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 직물이 섬유유리 필라멘트 코아와 레이온 섬유 시드를 가진 날실과 씨실로 섞어 짠 코아스판야안으로 된 편직물 및 직물이 주름 및 수축에 내성을 갖도록 직물의 날실과 씨실에 사용한 경화한 가 조성물이되, 상기 조성물이 상기 섬유유리 필라멘트로코아에 친화력을 갖는 3 내지 10개의 탄소원자를 가진 알파, 베타 부위를 에틸렌적으로 불포화시킨 카르복실산의 N-알킬로아미드를 포함하는 잠재성 가교 혼성단량체의 존재하에서 하나 이상의 에틸렌적으로 불포화시킨 단량체를 유화 중합하여 만든 수성 자기가교 혼성중합쳄 치 상기 레이온 섬유 시드와 상기 수성 자기 가교혼성중합체에 친화력을 갖는 메틸을 유도체 수지를 포함하는 직물.
  12. 제11항에 있어서, 상기 가교조성물이 무게당 약 1 내지 17퍼센트의 상기 수성 자기가교 혼성중합체 및 무게당 약 1 내지 17퍼센트의 상기 메틸을 유도체 수지를 포함하는 직물.
  13. 제11항에 있어서, 상기 에틸렌적으로 불포화된 단량체를 알킬 아크릴레이트, 알킬 메타크릴레이트, 아크릴로니트릴, 아크릴아미드, 스틸렌 및 비닐 아세테이트 중에서 선택한 직물.
  14. 제11항에 있어서, 상기 수성 자기가교 혼성중합체가 부틸 아크릴레이트/메틸 메타크릴레이트/n-메틸올아크릴아미드이고 상기 메틸을 유도체 수지가 디메틸을 디히드록시에틸렌 우레아인 직물.
