제1도는 소위 “용매없는 무공기 이성분 시스템” 기술에 따라 폴리우레탄층을 형성하기 위해 반응 혼합물을 분무하기 위한 장치를 나타내는 계통도.
제2도는 본 발명에 따른 분무노즐을 적용함으로써 얻어지는 원추형의 액체분출물의 수직부를 나타내는 계통도.
제3도는 본 발명에 따른 분무노즐의 첫 번째 실시예인 제4도의 선 Ⅲ-Ⅲ을 따라 잘라낸 세로 단면도.

Claims (9)

  1. 폴리우레탄을 얻기 위한 반응조성물을 표면에 분무함으로써 폴리우레탄층을 형성하기 위한 분무총에 대한분무노즐로서, 이 분무노즐은 한편으로는 그 넓은쪽이 상기 반응조성물의 공급통로(19)에 연결되고, 다른 한편으로는 원통형통로(29)내에 길이 0.1-2㎜의 좁은 쪽으로 분출하는 깔대기형태의 캐비티(27)를 갖는 분무피스(21)와, 이 캐비티(27)와 분무개방구(22)를 연결하며, 분무피스(21)내에 분리할 수 있도록 설치하여, 분무개방구를 통하여 반응조성물 및/또는 이미 형성된 폴리우레탄이 대체로 스크류잉되거나 또는 회전되도록 하는 코어(17)를 포함하고, 발산하는 액체 젯트류를 형성하도록 분무개방구(22)내에 깔대기형태의 디퓨져(33)을 연결하는 것을 특징으로 하는 분무노즐.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상단각도가 40-160°, 대기 80-120˚ 사이에 포함되며, 특히 약 90°인 디퓨져(33)를 특징으로 하는 분무노즐.
  3. 제1항 또는 제2항중의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 깔대기형태의 캐비티(27)의 상단각도와 디퓨져(33)의 상단각도가 대체로 같음을 특징으로 하는 분무노즐.
  4. 제1항에서 제3항까지 중의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 원통형통로(29)의 길이가 대개 0.4-0.9㎜ 사이에 포함되고, 특히 약 0.65㎜임을 특징으로 하는 분무노즐.
  5. 제1항에서 제4항까지중의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 원통형통로(29)의 직경이 대개 0.7-1.1㎜ 사이에 포함되고, 특히 약 0.9㎜임을 특징으로 하는 분무노즐.
  6. 폴리우레탄을 얻기 위한 반응조성물을 표면에 분무함으로써 폴리우레단층을 형성하기 위한 분무총에 대한 분무노즐로서, 이 분무노즐은 한편으로는 그 넓은 쪽이 상기 반응조성물의 공급통로(19)에 연결되고, 다른 한편으로는 원통형통로(29)내에 길이 0.1-2㎜의 좁은 쪽으로 분출하는 깔대기형태의 캐비티(27)를 갖는 분무피스(21)와, 이 캐비티(27)와 분무개방구(22)를 연결하며, 분무피스(21)내에 분리할 수 있도록 설치하여, 분무개방구를 통하여 반응조성물 및/또는 이미 형성된 폴리우레탄이 대체로 스크류잉되거나 또는 회전되도록 하는 코어(17)를 포함하고, 이 캐비티쪽으로 향한 테이퍼부분(20)과, 이 테이퍼부분(20)의 깔대기형태의 벽에 설치되어 상기 테이퍼부분의 축에 대해 경사진 방향으로 홈(23)을 갖는 코어(17)가 깔대기 형태의 캐비티(27)의 입구에 탑재되어있고, 이홈들은 원통형의 구명(40)들을 경유하여 깔때기형태의 캐비티(27)를 공급통로(19)와 연결하여한편으로는 이들 홈(23)내로 유입시키고, 다른 한편으로는 캐비티(27)로부터 코어(17)의 면에서 중심으로 분출하도록 함을 특징으로 하는 분무노즐.
  7. 제6항에 있어서, 이들 홈(23)들이 테이퍼부분(20)의 원추형벽상에 균등하게 분포하고, 이들 홈의 개수는 2-10개 사이에서 선택되며, 코어(17)의 축에 대한 이들 홈(23)들의 경사각도는 15°-60° 사이에서 선택되며, 홈들의 개수에 따라 증가함을 특징으로 하는 분무노즐.
  8. 제7항에 있어서, 두 개의 홈(23)들이 서로 직경상에 반대로 위치하며, 코어(17)의 축에 대한 경사각도는 약 30°임을 특징으로 하는 분무노즐.
  9. 제7항에 있어서, 두 개의 홈(23)들이 서로 두 개씩 직경상에 반대로 위치하며, 코어(17)의 축에 대한 경사각는 약 45°임을 특징으로 하는 분무노즐.
