Claims (15)

  1. 토코페릴 레티노에이트를 위장관내의 궤양 병변에 국소적으로 제공하여 토코페릴 레티노에이트를 상기 병변에서 장시간 동안 머무르도록 함으로써 토코페릴 레티노에이트를 장기간동안 상기 병변과 접촉시키고, 토코페릴 레티노에이트가 장기간동안 상기 병변에서 직접작용하도록 하기 위한, (a) 약 3.0미크론 이하의 평균 직경을 갖는 규산 무수물 (여기에서 경규산 무수물로 칭함)상에 흡착된 토코패릴 레티노에이트 약 0.05∼약 60중량부; (b) 히드록시프로필 셀룰로스 약 5∼약 20중량부; (c) 약 30,000∼약 40,000의 분자량을 갖는 폴리비닐 피롤리돈 약 2∼약 15중량부를 함유하는 항-소화성 궤양 조성물.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 토코페릴 레티노에이트를 장시간동안 병변과 접촉시켜 (1) 상기 병변의 근육층 형성을 촉진하고, (2) 두꺼운 점막층의 형성을 촉진하여 위산으로부터 보호하여 주는 항소화성 궤양 조성물.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 분말형 복용 단위의 항-소화성 궤양 조성물.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 정제로 압축된 복용 단위의 항-소화성 궤양 조성물.
  5. 제1항에 있어서, 항궤양 조성물을 함유한 캡슐형 복용 단위의 항-소화성 궤양 조성물.
  6. 제1항에 있어서, 항궤양 조성물의 과립을 함유한 복용 단위의 항-소화성 궤양 조성물.
  7. 제1항에 있어서, 성분 (a)에 포함된 토코페릴 레티노에이느의 양이 토코페릴 레티노에이트와 경 규산 무수물 총량의 약 30∼60중량%인 항-소화성 궤양 조성물.
  8. (a) 토코페릴 레티노에이트가 흡착되어 있는 약 3.0미크론 이하의 평균 직경을 갖는 규산무수물; 상기 토코페리 레티노에이드가 이 토코페릴 레티노에이트로 치료된 전체 궤양 병변 상에 분산되도록 하는 (b) 히드록시프로필 셀룰로즈 및 (c) 폴리비닐 피롤리돈과 밀접하고 관련된 분말상의 토코페릴 레티노에이트를 위벽의 궤양 병변에 제공하여 토코페릴레티노에이트가 장시간 동안 상기 병변에 직접 머무르도록 하여, 토코페릴 레티노에이트를 장시간 동안 병변과 접촉시키고, 그럼으로써 토코페릴 페티노에이트가 장시간 동안 상기 병변에서 직접 작용할 수 있는 항-소화성 궤양 조성물.
  9. 제8항에 있어서, 토코페릴 레티노에이트를 장시간 동안 상기 병변과 접촉시켜 (1) 상기 병변의 근육층 형성을 촉진하고, (2) 두꺼운 점막층의 형성을 촉진하여 위산으로부터 보호하여 주는 항-소화성 궤양 조성물.
  10. 토코페릴 레티노에이트가 장시간 동안 궤양 병변에 머무를 수 있는 담체에 흡착된 형태의 토코페릴 레니노에이트를 경구 투여함으로써 토코페릴 레티노에이트의 유익한 효과를 장시간 동안 상기 병변에 국소적으로 이용할 수 있음을 특징으로 하는, 위장관의 궤양 병변의 국소적 치료 방법.
  11. 제10항에 있어서, 토코페릴 레티노에이트를 장시간동안 작용시켜 (1) 상기 병변의 근육층 형성을 촉진하고, (2) 두꺼운 점막층의 형성을 촉진하여 위산으로부터 보호하여 주는 방법.
  12. 제10항에 있어서, 담체가 약 3.0미크론 이하의 평균 직경을 갖는 경규산 무수물인 방법.
  13. 제12항에 있어서, 토코페릴 레티노에이트를 히드록시 프로필 셀룰로스 및 폴리비닐 피롤리돈과 함께 투여 하는 방법.
  14. 제1항에 있어서, 유효량의 산화 방지제를 함유하는 항-소화성 궤양 조성물.
  15. 제14항에 있어서, 산화 방지제가 아스코르브산, 아스코르브산의 유도체 및 토코페롤의 군에서 선택되는 항-소화성 궤양 조성물.
