Claims (15)

  1. 적어도 탄화수소와 접촉하는 표면이 5㎜이하의 폴리 오메가-락탐 얇은 층으로 피복된 플라스틱 재료의 외각으로 이루어지는 탄화수소 증기, 특히 연료증기에 대하여 불투과성인 용기.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 플라스틱 재료가 80℃이상, 바람직하게도 95℃이상의 연화점을 갖는 중합체 재료, 특히 고밀도 고분자량 폴리에틸렌인 용기.
  3. 제 1또는 2항에 있어서, 폴리오메가-락탐층의 두께가 0.1~3㎜범위인 용기.
  4. 제 1 내지 3항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 폴리 오메가-락탐이 하기 일반식(I)의 모메가-락탐의 중합에 의해 제조되는 용기.

  5. 제 4항에 있어서, 오메가-락탐이 엡실론-카프로락탐, 오메가-에난토락탐, 오메가-카르릴로락탐 및 오메가-라우로락탐에서 선택된 것, 바람직하게는 엡실론-카프로락탐인 용기.
  6. 제 1내지 6항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 폴리 오메가-락탐층이 400 이상, 바람직하게는 2,000~20,000의 분자량을 갖는 폴리옥시프로필렌/폴리옥시에틸렌 폴리올공중합체, 또는 3 미만 바람직하게는 1.5~2.9의 관능가를 갖는, 폴리옥시알킬렌 아민을, 중합체에 대하여 15중량% 이하, 바람직하게는 1~10중량%의 양으로 함유하는 용기.
  7. 락탐 중합온도로 가열된 플라스틱 재료로된 용기의 내부에서, 그 용기를 서로 비스듬히 배열된 두개의 교차축 상에서 회전시키면서 직접 오메가 락탐의 음이온성 중합반응을 수행하는 것으로 이루어짐을 특징으로 하는, 제1 내지 6항중 어느 한 항에 따르는 탄화수소 증기 불투과성 용기의 제조방법.
  8. 제7항에 있어서, 중합도중, 90℃이상, 그리고 외각을 형성하는 플라스틱 재료의 연화점 미만의 온도로 탱크를 가열하는 방법.
  9. 제7 또는 8항에 있어서, (a)하기 일반식(I)의 오메가-락탐, (b) 식(I)의 락탐의 알칼리 또느 알칼리토금속염으로 구성된 촉매, 및 (c)중합 활성화제로 이루어진 중합용 뱃치를 용기 온도보다 적어도 5℃낮은 온도로 가열하여 플라스틱 재료로된 용기에 도입하는 방법.

  10. 제9항에 있어서, 중합용 뱃치가 400이상, 바람직하게는 2,000~20,000의 분자량을 갖는 폴리옥시알킬렌폴리올, 1,000~20,000의 분자량을 갖는 폴리옥시프로필렌/폴리옥시에틸렌 폴리올 공중합체, 또는 3미만, 바람직하게는 1.5~2.9의 관능가를 갖는 폴리옥시알킬렌 아민을 식(I)의 락탐에 대하여 15중량%이하의 양으로함유하는 방법.
  11. 제 7내지 10항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 중합도중, 오메가-락탐이 완전히 중합되기에 충분한 시간동안 원심력이 중력보다 작게되는 각 속도로 두개의 축상에서 플라스틱 재료로된 용기를 회전시키는 방법.
  12. 제9항에 있어서, 촉매가 오메가-락탐 100몰당 0.1~15몰, 바람직하게는 0.9~10몰, 더욱 바람직하게는 1~7몰의 소듐 락타메이트, 포타슘락타메이트 또는 브로모 마그네슘 락타메이트인 방법.
  13. 제9 또는 12항에 있어서, 활성화제 농도가 오메가-락탐에 대하여 0.01~10중량%, 바람직하게는 0.1~5중량%범위인 방법.
  14. 제10항에 있어서, 폴리옥시알칼렌폴리올, 공중합체 또는 폴리옥시알킬렌 아민의 양이 오메가-락탐에 대하여1~15중량%, 바람직하게는 3~10중량%범위인 방법.
  15. 제 7내지 14항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 오메가-락탐이 엡실론-카프로락탐인 방법.
