단량체 성형 방법에 의한 슬라이딩 커플링 제조방법

제1도는 본 발명의 실시양태에서 제조한 슬라이딩 커플링을 나타내는 단면도이고,
제2도는 제1도의 슬라이딩 커플링을 나타내는 평면도이다.

Claims (10)

  1. 하기 성분(A) 및 (B)를 포함하는 주조재료를 장착되고 베어링에 의해 회전 또는 왕복 운동 방향으로 지지된 축 및 베어링 사이의 틈내에 주입한 다음, 중합 및 경화시켜 축 또는 베어링의 표면에 수지 라이닝을 형성함을 특징으로 하는 슬라이딩 커플링의 제조방법.
    (A) 알칼리 금속 또는 알칼리토류 금속 화합물을 중합 촉매로 함유하는ω-락탐 액체, 및 (B) 하기식(B1′)의 락탐 말단기로 구성된 기로부터 선택한 2이상의 말단기를 가지는 폴리옥시알킬렌, 옥시알킬렌공중합체, 폴리알카디엔, 알카디엔 공중합체, 폴리알켄 및 알켄 공중합체로 구성된 군으로부터 선택한 1 이상의 중합 개시재, 또는 하기식(B2)의 락탐 개시제로 구성된 기로부터 선택한 1 이상의 주합 개시제를 함유하는 ω-락탐 액체.
    (상기 식중에서, Q는 C3∼C11알킬렌기를 갖는 락탐잔기이고, 락탐 잔기는 그의 질소 원자가 c, p또는 s에 결합되어 있으며, A는 지방족 또는 방향족 탄화수소이고, 또는 에테르 결합을 갖는 탄화수소기이며, m은 0 또는 1이며, m이 0이면, n은 0 또는 1이고, p는 1이며, m이 1이면, n은 1 내지 3이고, p=n이며, Rl은 알킬기, 아르알킬기, 알록시기, 아릴록시기, 할로겐원자 또는 아르알킬옥시기이며, R2는 수소원자 또는 알킬기염, Z는 폴리프로필렌옥시드플리올이며, t는 1이상임)
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 프라이머를 축 또는 베어링 중 어느 하나에 예비로 사용하고, 이형제를 다른 하나에 예비로 사용함을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, ω-락탐은 γ-부티롤락탐, δ-발레롤락탐, ε-카프롤락탐, ω-에난트롤락탐, ω-카프릴락탐, ω-운데칸올락함 및 ω-라우롤락탐으로 구성된 군으로부터 1이상 선택함을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 성분(A) 중의 중합 촉매는 알칼리금속, 알카리토류금속, 그의 수산화물, 옥시드, 히드록시드, 카아보네이드, 알킬 화합물, 아릴 화합물, 알콕시드 및 그리나르드 화합물, 및 상기 금속 또는 금속 화합물과 ω-락탐과의 반응 생성물로 구성된 군으로부터 1이상 선택함을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  5. 제1항에 있어서, 중합 촉매는 ω-락탐의 합계량에 대하여 0.01-15몰%의 양으로 사용함을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  6. 제1항에 있어서, 성분(B) 중의 중합 개시제는 하기식의 락탐 개시제임을 특징으로 하는 방법.
    (상기식중에서, Z는 폴리옥시알킬렌 폴리아민, 옥시알킬렌 공중합체 폴리아민, 폴리알카디엔 폴리아민,알카디엔 공중합체 폴리아민, 폴리알켄 폴리아민, 알켄 공중합체 폴리아민 및 그의 조합물로 구성된 군으로부터 선택한 텔리첼릭 폴리아민으로부터 수득한 다윈자가기이며, t는 1이상이며, A, Q, m, n, R1, 및 p는 상기와 동일함)
  7. 제1항에 있어서, 락탐 중합 개시제는 수평균 분자량이 약 500∼15,000임을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  8. 제1항에 있어서, 락탐 중합 개시제는 폴리에테르 폴리아민 및 다중 탄화수소 폴리아민으로부터 수득하며, 수평균 분자량이 약 1,000 이상임을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  9. 제1항에 있어서, 중합 개시제는 ω-락탐의 합계량을 기준하여 0.1몰% 이상의 양으로 사용함을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  10. 제1항에 있어서, 중합 개시제는 ω-락탐의 합계량을 기준하여 0.25-1.0몰% 이상의 양으로 사용함을 특징으로 하는 방법.
