Claims (15)
- 215℃내지 223℃의 융점, 230℃에서 50내지 150Pa.sec의 겉보기 점도, 4,300내지 50,000의 수평균 분자량 및 엘레포 기구에 의해 측정시 20이하의 황색도를 가지며, 하나는 폴리아미드이고 다른 하나는 폴리알킬렌 에테르인 서로 화학적으로 결합된 두 유형의 블럭 도는 분절을 포함하여, 폴리아미드 블럭은 촉매량의 하이포포스포러스 산 또는 메탕하이포포스포러스 산 존재하 및 폴리알킬렌 에테르 부재하에서 생상되고, 폴리아미드 블럭 및 폴리알킬렌 에테르 블럭의 중축합은 중축합 촉매 부재하 및 100mmHg 이하의 진공 및 폴리아미드 블럭 융점 이상의 온도에서 실행되는 사출성형에 적합한 블럭 코폴리에테르아미드.
- 제1항에 있어서, 폴리아미드 블럭이 2,000 내지 20,000, 바람직하게는 4,000내지 16,000의 수평균 분자량을가지며, 폴리알킬렌 에테르 블럭은 160 내지 10,000, 바람직하게는 300 내지 4,000의 수평균 분자량을 가지는 블럭 코폴리에테르아미드.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 15,000 내지 30,000의 수평균 분자량을 가지는 블럭 코폴리에테르아미드.
- 제1항 내지 제3항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 폴리알킬렌 에테르의 양이 0.5내지 30중량% 바람직하게는 1내지 15중량%인 블럭 코폴리에테르아미드.
- 제1항 내지 제4항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 폴리아미드 블럭이 하기 일반 구조식(Ⅰ)의 락탐이 중합화에 의해 생산되는 블럭 코폴리에테르아미드 :[상기식에서, p는 2내지 11의 정수이다.]
- 제1항 내지 제5항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 폴리아미드 블럭이 폴리-엡실론-카프로락탐인 블럭 코폴리에테르 아미드.
- 제1항 내지 제6항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 폴리알킬렌 에테르 블럭이 하기 일반구조식(Ⅱ)를 갖는 블럭 코폴리에테르 아미드 :X-R1-(OR2)n-OR3-X1(Ⅱ)[상기식에서 : R1,R2,R3는 서로 같거나, 다르며, C1-10의 직쇄 또는 분지쇄의 포화 지방족 2가 라디칼을 나타내고 : X및 X1은 서로 같거나 다르며, -OH또는 -NH2를 타나내고 ; n은 160내지 10,000의 분자량을 부여하기 위해 결정된 정수이다].
- 제7항에 있어서, 폴리알킬렌 에테르 블럭이 폴리(에티렌옥사이드)글리콜 및/또는 폴리(테트라메틸렌옥사이드)글리콜인 블럭 코폴리에테르아미드.
- 촉매량의 하이포포스포러스 또는 메타-하이포포스포러스 산 존재하에 폴리아미드를 형성하는 단량체 또는 단량체들을 중합시키고; 이렇게 수득한 폴리아미드 블럭을 하드록실 말단기 및/ 또는 아민 말단기를 함유하는 폴리알킬렌 에테르와 중죽합 촉매 부재하에, 100mmHg(13.332Pa)이하의 진공하 및 폴리아미드 블럭 융점 이상의 온도에서 중축합시키는 일련의 단계들로 구성되는 제1항 내지 제8항중 어느 한 항에 정의된 코폴리에테르아미드의 제조방법.
- 제9항에 있어서, 하이포포스포러스 또는 메타-하이포포스포러스산의 양이 0.01 내지 50몰/단량체(톤), 바람직하게는 01 내지 5몰/단량체(톤)인 방법.
- 제9항 또는 제10항에 있어서, 중축합이 210 내지 275℃의 온도에서 실행되는 방법.
- 제9항 내지 제11항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 폴리아미드-형성 단량체가 하기 일반 구조식(Ⅰ)의 락탐인 방법 :[상기식에서,p는 2내지 11의 정수이다].
- 제12항에서 있어서, 락탐이 엡실론-카프로락탐인 방법.
- 제9항 내지 제13항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 폴리알킬렌 에테르가 하기 일반식 구조식(Ⅱ)를 갖는 방법.X-R1-(OR2)n-OR3-X1[상기식에서 : R1,R2,및 R3는 서로 같거나 다르며, C1-10의 직쇄 또는 분지쇄의 포화 지방족2가 라디칼을 나타내고 : X및 X1은 서로 같거나 다르며, -OH또는 -NH2를 타나내고; n은 160내지 10,000의 분자량을 부여하기 위해 결정된 정수이다].
