Abstract

Blokk-kopolyeteramid egnet til sprøytestøping, med et smeltepunkt i området fra 215 til 223°C, en til- synelatende viskositet ved 230"C i området fra 50 til 150 På.s., en an- tallsmidlere molekylvekt i området fra 4300 til 50.000 og en gul- ningsgrad på høyst 20 målt ved hjelp av "Elrepho"-apparatur. Kopolyeter- amidet omfatter to typer av blokker eller segmenter som er kjemisk bundet til hverandre, hvorav den ene type blokk eller segment utgjøres av poly- amid og den andre utgjøres av poly- alkyleneter. Polyamidblokken frem- stilles i nærvær av katalytiske meng- der underfosforsyrling eller meta- underfosforsyrling uten tilstedevære- nde polyalkyleneter. Polykondensa- sjonen mellom polyamidblokkene og polyalkyleneterblokkene utføres uten anvendelse av polykondensasjons- katalysator under vakuum med trykk lavere enn 100 mm Hg ved temperaturer høyere enn polyamidblokkens smelte- temperatur.
