제 4 도는 동 써멀헤드의 세부를 보여주는 평면도이다.

Claims (3)

  1. 기판의 한쪽 면상에 절연층과 발열부와 보호층이 순차적으로 적층되어 이루어지는 써멀헤드에 있어서 상기 발열부에서 발생되는 발열량에 따른 면적까지 과열되는 전열부재를 해당 발열부의 윗쪽에 설치한 것을 특징으로 하는 써멀헤드.
  2. 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 전열부재는 상호 대향하는 포위선상 전열재가 축심을 공통으로 하여 복수개 구비하여 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 써멀헤드.
  3. 제 2 항에 있어서, 상기 포위선상 전열재를 열전도성이 양호한 금속으로 형성한 것을 특징으로 하는 써멀 헤드.
