제 1 도는 본 발명에 의하여 형성된 서멀헤드의 도면, 제 2 도는 제 1 도의 서멀헤드의 Ⅱ-Ⅱ선 단면도, 제 3 도는 제 1 도의 서멀헤드의 Ⅲ-Ⅲ선 단면도.

Claims (4)

  1. 주주사축을 가지는 라인형 서멀헤드의 제조방법에 있어서, 주주사축에 직교하는 방향에 대하여 비스듬히 평행으로 및 동일 간격으로 연장된 복수의 리드전극을 절연기판상에 형성하는 공정과, 절연기판 및 리드 전극위에 리드전극을 가로질러서 주주사축을 따라 연장되고 평행을 이루는 양측변을 가지는 적어도 1줄의 대상저항체를 형성하는 공정을 포함하고, 1화점을 기록하는 평행사변형상 저항체가 서로 인접하는 2줄의 리드전극 및 양측변으로 규정되는 것을 특징으로 하는 서멀헤드의 제조방법.
  2. 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 대상저항체는 저항체 재료의 페이스트가 스크린인쇄되므로써 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 서멀헤드의 제조방법.
  3. 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 대상저항체를 형성하는 공정은, 서로 절연된 2줄 이상의 대상저항체를 형성하는 공정인 것을 특징으로 하는 서멀헤드의 제조방법.
  4. 제 3 항에 있어서, 리드전극은 서로 인접되는 대상저항체간에 절곡부를 구비하고, 공통의 서로 인접되는 2줄의 리드전극및 양측변으로 규정된 복수의 평행사변형상 저항체가 주주사축에 대하여 같은 위치에 위치하는 것을 특징으로 하는 서멀헤드의 제조방법.
