Claims (8)
- 일반식(Ⅰ)의 설포닐아미노아진 또는 이의 염.상기식에서, R1은 할로겐, 시아노, 니트로, C1-C2-알킬, C1-C|2-할로게노 알킬, C1-C2-알콕시, C1-C2-할로게노알콕시, C1-C2-알킬티오, C1-C2-할로게노알킬티오, C1-C2-알킬설피닐, C1-C2-할로계노알킬설피닐, C1-C2-알킬설포닐, C1-C2-할로게노알킬설포닐, C1-C2-알콕시-C1-C2-알콕시, 디-(C1-C2-알킬아미노)-설포닐, N-(C1-C2-알콕시)-N-(C1-C2-알킬)-아미노설포닐 또는 C1-C2-알콕시-카보닐을 나타내고, R2및 R3는 서로 독립적으로 수소, 할로겐, 알킬 또는 할로게노알킬을 나타내며, n은 0또는 1을 나타내고, X는 수소, C1-C2-알킬, C1-C2-할로게노알킬, C1-C2-알콕시-C1-C2-알킬, 사이클로프로필, C1-C2-알콕시, C1-C2-할로게노알콕시, C1-C|2-알콕시-C1-C2-알콕시, C1-C2-알킬티오, C1-C2-알킬아미노 또는 디-(C1-C2-알킬)-아미노를 나타내며, Y는 할로겐, C1-C2-알킬, C1-C2-할로게노알킬, 사이클로프로필, C1-C|2-알콕시, C1-C2-할로게노알콕시 또는 C1-C2-알킬티오를 나타내고, Z는 질소 또는 CH 그룹을 나타낸다.
- 제1항에 있어서, R1이 불소, 염소, 브롬, 요오드, 시아노, 니트로, 메틸, 트리플루오로메틸, 클로로디플루오로메틸, 디플루오로메틸, 메톡시, 에톡시, 디플루오로메톡시, 트리플루오로메톡시, 클로로디플루오로메톡시, 2-클로로-에톡시, 1,1,2,2,-테트라플루오로에톡시, 2-클로로-1,1,2-트리플루오로에톡시, 메틸티오, 에틸티오, 디플루오로메틸티오, 트리플루오로메틸티오, 클로로디플루오로메틸티오, 메틸설피닐, 에틸설피닐, 트리플루오로메틸설피닐, 메틸설포닐, 에틸설포닐, 트리플루오로메틸설포닐, 2-메톡시-에톡시, 2-에톡시-에톡시, 디메틸아미노설포닐, N-메톡시-N-메틸아미노설포닐, 메톡시카보닐 또는 에톡시카보닐을 나타내고, R2및 R3가 서로 독립적으로 수소, 불소, 염소, 브롬, 메틸 또는 트리플루오로메틸을 나타내며, n가 0또는 1을 나타내고, X가 수소, 메틸, 에틸, 트리플루오로메틸, 클로로메틸, 메톡시메틸, 사이클로프로필, 메톡시, 에톡시, 디플루오로메톡시, 2,2,2-트리플루오로에톡시, 메톡시-메톡시, 2-메톡시-에톡시, 메틸티오, 메틸아미노, 에틸아미노 또는 디메틸아미노를 나타내며, Y가 불소, 염소, 브롬, 메틸, 에틸, 트리플루오로메틸, 클로로메틸, 사이클로프로필, 메톡시, 에톡시, 디플루오로메톡시, 2,2,2, -트리플루오로에톡시, 또는 메틸티오를 나타내고, Z가 질소 또는 CH그룹을 나타냄을 특징으로 하는 일반식(Ⅰ)의 화합물, 또는 이의 나트륨 또는 칼륨 염.
- 제1항에 있어서, R1이 불소, 염소, 브롬, 메틸, 트리플루오로메틸, 디플루오로메톡시, 트리플루오로메톡시, 2-클로로-에톡시, 메틸티오, 메틸설포닐, 디메틸아미노설포닐, 메톡시카보닐 또는 에톡시카보닐을 나타내며, R2가 수소, 불소 또는 염소를 나타내고, R3가 수소를 나타내며, n가 0 또는 1을 나타내고, X가 메틸, 메톡시 또는 에톡시를 나타내며, Y가 메틸, 메톡시 또는 에톡시를 나타내고, Z가 질소 또는 CH그룹을 나타냄을 특징으로 하는 일반식(Ⅰ)의 화합물.
- (a) 일반식(Ⅱ)의 설폰아미드를 경우에 따라 산수용제의 존재하에 및 경우에 따라 희석제의 존재하에 일반식(Ⅲ)의 아진과 반응시키거나, (b) 일반식(Ⅳ)의 설포닐 클로라이드를 경우에 따라 산 수용제의 존재하에 및 경우에 따라 희석제의 존재하에 일반식(Ⅴ)의 아미노아진과 반응시킴을 특징으로하여 제1항에 따른 일반식 (Ⅰ)의 설포닐아미노아진을 제조하는 방법.상기식에서, R1,R2,R3,n,X,Y, 및 Z는 제1항에서 정의한 바와 같고, Q는 친핵성 이탈 그룹을 나타낸다.
- 제1항에 따른 일반식(Ⅰ)의 치환된 설포닐아미노 아진 하나 이상을 함유함을 특징으로 하는 제초제.
- 제1항에 따른 일반식(Ⅰ)의 치환된 설포닐아미노아진을 잡초 및/또는 그의 자생지에 작용시킴을 특징으로 하여 잡초를 제거하는 방법.
- 잡초를 제거하기 위한 제1항에 따른 일반식(Ⅰ)의 치환된 설포닐아미노아진의 용도.
- 제1항에 따른 일반식(Ⅰ)의 치환된 설포닐 아미노아진을 중량제 및/또는 계면활성제와 혼합시킴을 특징으로 하여 제초제를 제조하는 방법.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
