제1도는 본 발명에 따른 연자성 다층막이 구비된 자기 헤드를 도시한 도면.
Claims (7)
- 다수의 결정질 주층과 다수의 비결정질 제2층을 구비하고 상기 층들은 교번적으로 구비되어 있고 주층의 자기구성성분이 실제적으로 독점적으로 철인 연자성 다층막에 있어서, 제2층의 자기 구성성분이 적어도 90원자%의 철로 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 연자성 다층막.
- 제1항에 있어서, 제2층이 자기구성성분으로 철만 구비한 것을 특징으로 하는 연자성 다층막.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 제2층이 Si,P,B및 C로 구성된 그룹에서 선택된 적어도 하나의 반금속을 부가적으로 구비하고, 제2층의 전체 반금속 용량은 최소 15원자 %이고 천대 30원자 %인 것을 특징으로 하는 연자성 다층막.
- 제1항, 제2항 또는 제3항에 있어서, 제2층이 Ru, Rh, Pr, Pd, Cu, Ag, Au, Nb, Ti, Cr, Mo, V, W 및 Ta로 구성된 그룹에서 선택된 적어도 하나의 전이 성분을 부가적으로 구비한 것을 특징으로 하는 연자성 다층막.
- 제1항, 제2항, 제3항 및 제4항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 주층의 두께가 4nm 및 40nm 사이의 범위에 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 연자성 다층막.
- 제1항, 제2항, 제3항, 제4항 및 제5항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 제2층의 두께가 최소 2nm 와 최대 6nm인 것을 특징으로 하는 연자성 다층막.
- 제1항, 제2항, 제3항, 제4항, 제5항, 제6항 및 제7항중의 어느 한 항에 청구된 연자성 다층막을 구비한 자기헤드.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
