Claims (10)

  1. (가)약 300㎛ 이하의 최대입자크기를 갖는 철분 약 85중량%와, (나) 부정형의 미세입자로된 질화붕소 분말 약 0.01 중량%로 구성된 절삭등급의 철분혼합물.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 철분의 최대입자크기가 약 212㎛ 인 철분 혼합물.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 철분이 혼합물의 약 90중량%를 차지하는 철분 혼합물.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 질화붕소분말이 혼합물의 약 0.02중량%를 차지하는 철분 혼합물.
  5. 제3항에 있어서, 질화붕소분말이 혼합물의 약 0.02 ∼0.1중량%를 차지하는 혼합물.
  6. 제5항에 있어서, 질화붕소분말이 약 5중량% 이하의 산화붕소를 포함하는 혼합물.
  7. 제5항에 있어서, 질화붕소분말이 약 3중량% 이하의 산화붕소를 포함하는 혼합물.
  8. 제7항에 있어서, 질화붕소의 미세입자가 약 0.05 ~ 1.0 중량%의 평균입자크기를 갖는 혼합물.
  9. 제7항에 있어서, 질화붕소의 미세입자가 약 0.1 ~ 1 중량%의 평균 입자크기를 갖는 혼합물.
  10. 제1항부터 제9항중 어느 한항에 있어서, 철분 혼합물을 압축시켜 제조한 철 성형체.
