본 고안은 기록장치에 관한 것으로서, 특히 기록용지가 절단된후 자유낙하되어 트레이에 담겨지도록 된 기록장치에 관한 것이다.
기록장치의 콤팩트화를 꾀하기 위해 기록용지편이 절단된 후 배출로울러등의 강제적인 반송수단에 의하지 않고 자유낙하에 의해 트레이에 담겨지도록 된 것이 있는데, 이와같은 기록장치로서는 제3도에 도시된 바와 같은 팩시밀리 장치가 있는바, 이 팩시밀리 장치는 장치의 몸체(1)의 거의 중앙부위에 기록용지로울러(2)가 설치되어 있고, 이 기록용지 로울러(2)의 왼쪽에 감열기록헤드(3) 및 플라텐로울러(4)가 배열설치됨과 더불어 그 왼쪽에는 가이드플레이트(5)를 매개로 컷터(6)가 배치되어져 있다.
또 장치본체(1)의 좌측판에는 개구(1a)가 형성되어 이 개구(1a)에는 트레이(7)의 한쪽끝부분이 끼워넣어져 있고, 이 끝부분의 끝이 컷터(6)에까지 연장형성되어져 있다.
한편 제3도에서 도면부호 8은 원고대로 나타내고, 독취부(도시되지 않음)는 장치본체(1)내의 오른쪽부위에 배치되어져 있다.
그리고, 이 팩시밀리장치에는 플라텐로울러(4)를 회전시켜줌으로서 기록용지(2a)를 기록용지로울러(2)로부터 인출시켜 컷터(6) 방향으로 이송시켜주게 되면 감열기록헤드(3)에 의해 기록용지(2a)위에 기록이 이루어지도록 되어 있다. 이와같이 하여 기록이 완료된 기록용지(2a)는 그 기록된 부분이 컷터(6)의 절단부(6a)를 통과할때까지 이송되게 되어져 컷터(6)에 의해 절단되게 하고, 이렇게 절단된 기록용지편(2b)은 자유낙하되어 트레이(7)위에 담겨지게 된다.
그런데 상기 팩시밀리장치에서는, 제4도에 요부가 확대되어 도시된 바와같이, 플라텐로울러(4)에 그 한쪽끝이 근접시켜진 아래쪽가이드플레이트(5a)가 배열설치되고, 이 가이드플레이트(5a)에 컷터(6)의 고정칼날(6b)이 설치되어 있다. 그리고 이 고정칼날(6b)은 회전칼날(6c)에 의한 절단력을 높여주기 위해 그 절단부(6a)가 아래쪽가이드플레이트(5a)가 가이드면(5b)의 연장선상이나 그것보다 약간 높은 위치가 되도록 조정되어 있다.
이와같은 장치에서는, 절단된 기록용지편(2b)이 낙하되는 힘에 의해 트레이(7)위를 왼쪽으로 이동할 수가 있게 된다면 아무런 문제가 없지만 기록용지편(2b)과 트레이(7) 사이의 마찰력 또는 먼저 배출된 기록용지편(2b)과 새롭게 배출되는 기록용지편(2b) 사이의 마찰력이 큰 경우에는, 제4도에서 도시된 바와같이 기록용지편(2b)의 뒷끝이 고정칼날(6b)위에 머무르게되는 경우가 있게되고, 이와같은 상태에서 다음 기록용지(2a)가 배출되게 되면, 그 기록용지(2a)의 앞끝이 먼저 배출된 기록용지편(2b)의 뒷끝에 닿게됨으로서 기록용지(2a)의 진행이 방해를 받게되어 종이가 걸리게 되는 현상을 초래할 염려가 있게 되는 것이다.
이에 본 고안은 상기한 바와같은 종이의 걸림현상을 방지할 수 있도록 한 기록장치를 제공하는데 그 목적이 있다.
상기와같은 목적을 달성하기 위한 본 고안의 기록장치는, 가이드플레이트에 연결접속된 고정칼날의 절단부를 가이드플레이트의 가이드면 연장선상보다 아래쪽에 위치시켜 구성시켜놓은 것이다.
상기와 같은 본 고안의 기록장치에 의하면, 먼저 배출된 기록용지편의 뒷끝이 컷터의 고정칼날위에 머물고 있는 경우에도 다음에 배출되는 기록용지의 앞끝이 먼저 배출된 기록용지편의 위를 거쳐 배출되게 되므로서, 뒤에 배출되는 기록용지의 진행이 방해를 받게되는 일이 없게 되는 것이다.
이하 본 발명을 첨부된 예시도면에 의거 상세히 설명한다.
제1도 및 제2도는 본 고안에 관한 기록장치의 요부를 도시해 놓은 것으로서, 제2도에 도시된 바와같이, 이 기록장치는 감열기록헤드(11) 및 플라텐로울러(12)로 이루어진 기록수단(13)과, 고정칼날(14) 및 회전칼날(15)로 이루어진 컷터(16)와 트레이(17)가 서로 근접되게 배치되어져 있으면서 기록수단(13)과 컷터(16) 사이에는 아래쪽가이드플레이트(18) 및 위쪽가이드플레이트(19)로 이루어진 가이드 수단(20)이 설치되어 있다.
상기 기록장치에서는 플라텐로울러(12)가 감열기록헤드(11)의 아래쪽에 위치하고, 또 고정칼날(14)은 그 아래쪽이 가이트플레이트(18)에 고정되어져 있다. 그리고 이 고정칼날(14)은 그 절단부(14a)가 아래쪽 가이드 플레이트(18)의 가이드면(18a)의 연장선상보다 거리 ℓ만큼 아래쪽에 위치하도록 조정설치되어져 있고, 트레이(17)의 양끝은 고정칼날(14)의 하부에 근접되게 배치되어져 있다.
이렇게 구성된 기록장치는, 플라텐로울러(12)를 화살표 방향으로 회전시켜 주게되면 기록용지(21)가 도시되지 않은 기록용지로울러로부터 인출되어져 그 기록용지(21)가 컷터(16)방향으로 이송되어지면서 감열기록헤드(11)에 의해 기록용지(21)위에 문자등이 기록되게 된다.
이와같이 기록이 완료된 기록용지(21)는, 그 기록부가 컷터(16)의 절단부(14a)를 통과할때까지 이송되어져 컷터(16)에 의해 절단되어지게 되고, 절단된 기록용지편(21a)은 자유낙하되어 트레이(17)위에 적재되어 담겨지게 된다.
이 경우 만약 먼저 절단되어 배출된 기록용지편(21a)이 제2도에서 도시된 바와같이 그 뒷끝이 컷터(16)의 고정칼날(14)위에 머물러 있게 되어도 다음에 배출되어져오는 기록용지(21)의 앞끝이 먼저 배출된 기록용지편(21a)의 윗면에 접촉되면서 그 기록용지편(21a) 위를 통과하여 트레이(17)위쪽으로 안내되게 된다. 그리고 이 기록용지(21)는 곧 먼저 배출된 기록용지편(21a) 위를 미끄러져 소정위치까지 도달하게 되는바, 이때 먼저 배출된 기록용지편(21a)에는 나중에 배출되는 기록용지편(21a)과의 마찰력에 의한 좌측방향의 힘이 작용하게 되므로, 먼저 배출된 기록용지편(21a)의 뒷끝이 고정칼날(14)로부터 떨어져 트레이(17)위에 떨어지게 된다.
한편, 상기 실시예에 도시된 아래쪽가이드플레이트(18)의 가이드면(18a)의 연장선상으로부터 고정칼날(14)의 절단부(14a)까지의 거리ℓ은, 먼저 절단되어 배출된 기록용지편(21a)의 뒷끝이 고정칼날(14)위에 머물러있는 상태에서 다음에 배출되어지는 기록용지(21)의 앞끝이 먼저 배출된 기록용지편(21a)의 뒷끝에 닿지 않도록 설정해 놓을 필요가 있다.
그러나 상기 거리(ℓ)를 너무 크게하면 회전칼날(15)에 의한 절단력이 저하되게 되므로, 상기 거리(ℓ)는 0.5-2㎜ 정도가 되는것이 바람직하다. 또 아래쪽가이드플레이트(18)의 앞끝으로부터 고정칼날(14)의 절단부(14a)까지의 수평방향거리는 약 2㎜이다.
상기한 바와같이, 본 고안에 관한 기록장치로는, 먼저 절단되어 배출된 기록용지편의 뒷끝이 고정칼날 위에 머물러있게 되는 경우에도 다음에 배출되어지는 기록용지의 앞끝이 그 위를 지나 배출되게 되므로서 종이 걸림 현상이 일어나지 않게 된다.

Claims (1)

  1. 기록이 완료된 기록용지(21)를 가이드플레이트(18)를 거쳐 컷터(16)에까지 이송시켜 상기 컷터(16)에서 절단되게 됨으로서 절단된 기록용지편(21a)이 자유낙하되어 트레이(17)위에 적재되도록된 기록장치에 있어서, 상기 컷터(16)이 고정칼날(14)의 절단부(14a)를 상기 가이드플레이트(18)의 가이드면(18a) 연장선 상보다 아래쪽에 위치시켜놓은 것을 특징으로 하는 기록장치.
