Claims (6)
- 삼투압이 적어도 350milliosmoles/ℓ까지 비카르보네이트 이온을 사용하여 증가된 세포 배양 배지에서 인간 조직형 플라스마노겐 액티베이터는 세포 성장과 병행하여 생성되는, 세로를 사용하여 인간 조직형 플라스마노겐 액티베이터를 생성하는 방법.
- 세포가 배지에서먼저 성장하고 난다음 인간 조직형 플라스미노겐 액티베이터의 생성을 위해 배지에서 배양되고, 비카르보네이트 이온을 사용하여 증가된 인간 조직형 플라스마노겐 액티베이터의 생성을 위해 상술한 배지에서의 삼투압을 적어도 350milliosmoles/ℓ까지 증가시키는, 세포를 사용하여 인간 조직형 플라스미노겐 액티베이터를 생성하는 방법.
- 제1 내지 2항에 있어서, 상술된 비카르보네이트 이온이 소디움 비카르보네이트이고 배지중의 그들의 농도가 적어도 3g/ℓ인 방법.
- 제1 내지 2항에 있어서, 저분자량 항플라스민제가 또한 상술된 배지에 가해지는 방법.
- 제4항에 있어서, 상술된 항 플라스민이 4-아미노 부탄노산, 5-아미노펜타노산, 6-아미노헥사노산, 트랜스-4-(아미노메틸) 시클로헥산카르복실산 및 트랜스-4-(아미노에틸) 시클로헥산카르복실산으로 구성되는 기에서 선택되는 방법.
