Claims (6)

  1. 삼투압이 적어도 350milliosmoles/ℓ까지 비카르보네이트 이온을 사용하여 증가된 세포 배양 배지에서 인간 조직형 플라스마노겐 액티베이터는 세포 성장과 병행하여 생성되는, 세로를 사용하여 인간 조직형 플라스마노겐 액티베이터를 생성하는 방법.
  2. 세포가 배지에서먼저 성장하고 난다음 인간 조직형 플라스미노겐 액티베이터의 생성을 위해 배지에서 배양되고, 비카르보네이트 이온을 사용하여 증가된 인간 조직형 플라스마노겐 액티베이터의 생성을 위해 상술한 배지에서의 삼투압을 적어도 350milliosmoles/ℓ까지 증가시키는, 세포를 사용하여 인간 조직형 플라스미노겐 액티베이터를 생성하는 방법.
  3. 제1 내지 2항에 있어서, 상술된 비카르보네이트 이온이 소디움 비카르보네이트이고 배지중의 그들의 농도가 적어도 3g/ℓ인 방법.
  4. 제1 내지 2항에 있어서, 저분자량 항플라스민제가 또한 상술된 배지에 가해지는 방법.
  5. 제4항에 있어서, 상술된 항 플라스민이 4-아미노 부탄노산, 5-아미노펜타노산, 6-아미노헥사노산, 트랜스-4-(아미노메틸) 시클로헥산카르복실산 및 트랜스-4-(아미노에틸) 시클로헥산카르복실산으로 구성되는 기에서 선택되는 방법.
  6. 제4항에 있어서, 배지의 상술한 항플라스민제의 농도가 10+4내지 10+1M의 범위인 방법.
