Claims (7)

  1. 피복된 관형 금속 부재내에 피복을 형성하는 방법에 있어서, 외주면에 크로마이트층을 가지고 있고 Zn 도금이 미리 되어있는 관형 금속 부재의 크로마이트층에 플루오로 수지를 피복하는 단계, 상기 플루오로 수지의 피복면위에 프리머를 피복하는 단계, 열수축 관형 부재를 부착하거나 상기 피복 프리머층에 비닐클로라이드 수지의 솔 라이닝 처리를 하는 단계; 및 열처리 하거나 솔 라이닝을 완전 겔화시켜 상기 관형부재를 열 수축하게 함으로써 층을 형성하고 그것에 의해 그들을 밀착시키고 층형식으로 만드는 단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 피복 형성 방법.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 프리머가 상기 크로마이트 막과 상기 플로오로 수지 피복층 사이에 끼워져 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 피복 형성 방법.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 플루오로 수지의 피복면에 피복된 프리머가 관재의 층 단부 또는 그 위의 솔 라이닝으로부터 5-20mm 노출되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 피복 형성 방법.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 관형 금속재가 20mm 이하의 외경과 0.7에서 2.0mm까지의 벽 두께를 가지고 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 피복 형성 방법.
  5. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 열 수축 관재가 비닐 클로라이드 수지나 폴리올레핀 수지로 되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 피복 형성 방법.
  6. 제1항에 있어서, 솔 라이닝을 가진 층이 1000에서 5000cp의 점도를 가진 솔조에 관형 금속재를 담궈서 형성되고, 그동안 상기 부재를 회전하고, 가열하고, 또 그후에 몇십초에서 몇분에 이르는 시간에 150에서 300℃의 분위기에서 굽는 것을 특징으로 하는 피복 형성 방법.
  7. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 솔 라이닝을 가진 층이 상기 관형 금속 부재를 회전시키고 또 예열하는 동안 무공기 스프레이에 의해 피복되고, 그후에 몇십초에서 몇분에 이르는 시간 동안 150에서 300℃의 분위기에서 구워지는 것을 특징으로 하는 피복 형성 방법.
