제2도는 본 발명의 카르밤산 에스테르 제조의 또다른 실시태양의 공정도.

Claims (13)

  1. 촉매로서 주기율표의 VIII족의 Pt족에 속하는 전이금속의 화합물과 비금속 할로겐화물 및 물존재하에 아미노기를 가진 화합물, 니트로기를 가진 유기화합물과 산소중의 최소한 한가지, 일산화탄소를 함유한 가스 및 히드록실기를 가진 유기화합물을 반응시킬때 반응할 니트로기를 가진 유기화합물의 몰비를 아미노기를 가진 화합물의 아미노기의 몰비의 0.1-2.0배가 되게 하고, 반응할 히드록실기를 가진 유기화합물의 몰비를 아미노기를 가진 화합물의 아미노기의 몰비의 3-40배가 되게 하며, 일산화탄소를 함유한 가스의 압력범위를 1-50kg/㎠G되게 하고, 반응에 앞서 첨가되는 물의 아미노기를 가진 화합물에 대한 몰비의 범위를 0.01-2.0되게 하여 반응시키는 카르밤산 에스테르 제조방법.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 니트로기를 가진 화합물의 일부를 산소로 치환시키는 카르밤산 에스테르 제조방법.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 전이금속은 Pt, Pd, Rh 및 Ru중에서 선택되는 최소한 하나인 카르밤산 에스테르 제조방법.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 비금속 할로겐화물이 할로겐화 수소 또는 할로겐화 암모늄인 카르밤산 에스테르 제조방법.
  5. 제1항에 있어서, 비금속 할로겐화물이 염화수소인 카르밤산 에스테르 제조방법.
  6. 제1항에 있어서, 아미노기를 가진 화합물은 방향족 또는 지방족 모노아민, 방향족 또는 지방족 폴리아민 및 방향족 또는 지방족 아미노산중에서 선택되는 최소한 하나인 카르밤산 에스테르 제조방법.
  7. 제1항에 있어서, 아미노기를 가진 화합물이 아닐린인 카르밤산 에스테르 제조방법.
  8. 제1항에 있어서, 니트로기를 가진 유기화합물은 방향족 또는 지방족 모노니트로화합물과 방향족 또는 지방족 폴리니트로 화합물중에서 선택되는 최소한 하나인 카르밤산 에스테르 제조방법.
  9. 제1항에 있어서, 니트로기를 가진 유기화합물이 니트로벤젠인 카르밤산 에스테르 제조방법.
  10. 제1항에 있어서, 히드록실기를 가진 유기화합물은 1가 또는 다가 알코올 및 1가 또는 다가 페놀중에서 선택되는 최소한 한가지인 카르밤산 에스테르 제조방법.
  11. 제1항에 있어서, 히드록실기를 가진 유기화합물이 메탄올 또는 에탄올인 카르밤산 에스테르 제조방법.
  12. 제1항에 있어서, 생성된 반응혼합물을 수소와 접촉시켜 미반응의 니트로기를 가진 유기화합물을 아미노기를 가진 화합물로 전환시킨 다음 생성물인 카르밤산 에스테르를 증류법에 의하여 반응혼합물로부터 분리하는 카르밤산 에스테르 제조방법.
  13. 제1항에 있어서, 일산화탄소를 함유하는 가스중에 수소를 함유하게 하는 카르밤산 에스테르 제조방법.
