Claims (8)
- 루테늄으로 이루어진 수소화 촉매의 존재하에 적어도 하나의 에테르 그룹을 함유한 폴리알킬렌글리콜을 수소분자와 함께 가열시킴을 특징으로 하여 선택적으로 탄소-산소 공유결합을, 독립적으로 탄소-탄소 공유결합을, 분열시켜 모노에틸렌글리콜 모노메틸에테르, 모노에틸렌글리콜 및 에탄올 중 적어도 한 가지를 제조하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 각각 10몰/kg 루테늄/hr 이상의 생성률로 모노에틸렌글리콜 모노메틸에테르, 모노에틸렌글리콜 및 에탄올을 제조하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 폴리알킬렌글리콜이 디에틸렌글리콜인 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 수소화 촉매가 약 5중량%의 루테늄으로 이루어진 조성물인 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 수소분자와 폴리알킬렌글리콜이 약 1 : 20 내지 약 2,000 : 1의 몰비율로 존재하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 수소화 촉매가 반응혼합물의 전체 중량을 기준으로 약 0.01 내지 약 50중량%로 존재하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 반응온도가 약 125℃ 내지 약 350℃인 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 수소분자로부터 발생한 초기압력이 약 100psig 내지 약 4,000psig인 방법.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
