Abstract

본 발명의 대상은 이리듐 기본촉매 및 적어도 하나의 요오드화 조촉매의 존재하에, 고온 및 대기압 이상의 압력에서, 포화 지방족 또는 지환족 탄화수소와 이들 할로겐화 유도체, 방향족 탄화수소와 이들 할로겐화 유도체, 및 지방족, 방향족 또는 혼합 에테르로 구성된 군으로부터 선택된 하나 이상의 용매중에서, I/lr 원자비가 20미만으로, 물 및 일산화탄소를 적어도 하나의 펜텐산과 반응시켜 아디프산을 제조하는 방법에 있다.

Claims (13)

  1. 이리듐 기본 촉매 및 적어도 하나의 요오드화 조촉매의 존재하에, 고온 및 대기압 이상의 압력에서, 포화 지방족 또는 지환족 탄화수소와 이들 할로겐화 유도체, 방향족 탄화수소와 이들 할로겐화 유도체, 및 지방족, 방향족 또는 혼합 에테르로 구성된 군으로부터 선택된 하나 이사의 용매중에서, I/lr 원자비가 20미만으로, 물 및 일산화탄소를 적어도 하나의 펜텐산과 반응시켜 아디프산을 제조하는 방법.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 펜텐산이 펜텐-3-오산, 펜텐-2-오산 또는 펜텐-4-오산 및 이들 혼합물로부터 선택되는 방법.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 물/펜텐산(3) 몰비가 10 이하인 방법.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 용매가 벤젠, 톨루엔, 클로로벤젠, 헥산, 시클로헥산, 메틸렌 클로리드, 1,2-디클로로에탄 및 디페닐 에테르로부터 선택되는 방법.
  5. 제1항에 있어서, 용매가 반응 혼합물의 10부피% 이상인 방법.
  6. 제5항에 있어서, 용매가 반응 혼합물의 30 내지 90 부피% 이상인 방법.
  7. 제1항에 있어서, 반응 혼합물중의 이리듐 농도가 10-3내지 10-1몰/ℓ(포함)인 방법.
  8. 제1항에 있어서, 반응 온도가 100 내지 240℃, 바람직하게는 160 내지 190℃ 범위인 방법.
  9. 제1항에 있어서, 일산화탄소 분압이 1 내지 250바, 바람직하게는 2 내지 100바인 방법.
  10. 제1항에 있어서, I/lr 원자비가 10 미만인 방법.
  11. 제10항에 있어서, I/lr 원자비가 0.1 이상인 방법.
  12. 제11항에 있어서, I/lr 원자비가 1 내지 5(포함) 범위내인 방법.
  13. 제1항에 있어서, HI를 요오드화 조촉매로서 사용하는 방법.
