Claims (10)

  1. a)포화지방족 또는 지방족고리 탄화수소, 방향족 탄화수소 및 그들의 염소화된 유도체에 의해 형성된 군으로 부터 선택된 적어도 하나의 용매내에서 반응이 수행되고, b) 25℃에서 측정된 일산화탄소의 부분압력이 12bar이하임을 특징으로 하는, 대가압보다 큰 압력 및 100 내지 240℃사이의 온도에서, 로듐 지지 촉매 및 적어도 하나의 요오드화 조촉매의 존재하에서, 적어도 하나의 펜테노산과 물 및 일산화탄소를 반응시킴으로써 아디프산을 제조하는 방법.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 톨루엔 및 클로로벤젠으로 부터 용매가 선택됨을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  3. 제1항 또는 2항에 있어서, 용매가 가장 적을때 액체 반응 매질의 10부피%를 나타냄을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  4. 제3항에 있어서, 용매가 액체 반응 매질의 30 내지 90부피%를 (포함)를 나타냄을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  5. 제1항 내지 제4항중 어느 한항에 있어서, 반응 매질내의 로듐의 농도가 10-3내지 10-1몰/ℓ(포함) 사이임을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  6. 제1항 내지 제5항중 어느 한항에 있어서, I/Rh의 몰비가 0.1 이상임을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  7. 제1항 내지 제6항중 어느 한항에 있어서, I/Rh의 몰비가 20 이하임을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  8. 제1항 내지 제7항중 어느 한항에 있어서, 물/펜테노산(들)0의 몰비가 1 내지 10(포함)00 사이임을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  9. 제1항 내지 제8항중 어느 한항에 있어서, 반응 온도가 160 내지 190℃ 사이임을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  10. 제1항 내지 제9항중 어느 한항에 있어서, 25℃에서 측정된 일산화탄소이 부분 압력이 8bar 이하임을 특징으로 하는 방법.
