Claims (10)

  1. a) 반응이 20개 이하의 탄소원자를 함유하는 포화 지방족 또는 방향족 카르복실산에서 수행되며 b) 25℃에서 측정된 일산화탄소의 분압이 20바 이함임을 특징으로 하는 대기압 초과의 압력, 100∼240℃의 온도에서, 로듐-기재 촉매 및 하나 이상의 요오드-함유 조촉매 존재하에, 물 및 일산화 탄소를 하나 이상의 펜텐 산과 반응시켜 아디프산을 제조하는 방법.
  2. 제 1항에 있어서, 카르복실산이 아세트산인 방법.
  3. 제 1항 또는 제 2항에 있어서, 카르복실산이 액체 반응 혼합물의 10부피% 이상인 방법.
  4. 제 3항에 있어서, 카르복실산이 액체 반응 혼합물의 30 내지 90(포함)부피%인 방법.
  5. 제 1항 내지 제 4항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 반응 혼합물 내의 로듐의 농도가 10-3내지 10-1몰/ℓ(포함)인 방법.
  6. 제 1항 내지 제 5항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 1/Rh 몰비가 0.1이상인 방법.
  7. 제 1항 내지 제 6항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 1/Rh 몰비가 20이하인 방법.
  8. 제 1항 내지 제 7항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 물/펜텐산 몰비가 1 내지 10(포함)인 방법.
  9. 제 1항 내지 제 8항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 반응 온도가 160 내지 190℃인 방법.
  10. 제 1항 내지 제 9항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 25℃에서 측정된 일산화탄소의 분압이 10바 이하인 방법.
